Boehmer Heating & Cooling

My air conditioning is working but it trips the circuit breaker , called Boehmer, they sent a guy who checked it and claimed the issue was Bad compressor…etc, it would cost me 4008$ to fix it (just loved the extra 8 bucks on top of 4000$) anyway, I paid him 119$ for the visit and I told him I’ll see with my partner. My partner called someone he knows, who found the problem was the breaker and my ac unit works perfect, changed the circuit breaker. The unit runs as it should.

Rotley did my scheduled HVAC maintenance. He arrived on time and spent a considerable amount of time checking the system. The filter was dirty and overdue for change. He did not have the correct filter in the truck so he drove back to the shop to pick up a filter. He did a great job and I will request him in future for any/all service calls.

Jabar notified me that he was on his way and arrived within the scheduled time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and through, explaining the results of each test. I would rate his performance as 5-star!

Rotley was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He quickly diagnosed a failed capacitor and explained the state of our systems in a way I could understand.

My Furnace quit working, so I paid the fee for a Saturday visit. I was told I needed a part that cost an additional $750 and would take several more days to come in. I went 2 days in the winter with no heat. Then decided to call another local company for a second opinion, who came and fixed the simple issue (no parts needed) and my furnace was running in less than 10 minutes.

First, I went several days with no heat in February with an issue that should have been found and fixed at the initial visit. And second, I was told I needed an unnecessary $750 part. Which I found out was an excessive amount to charge for that part according to the company who actual fixed my furnace.

I will not call this company again, it was a waste of money and time. I did call to talk to Boehmer about the issue (before deciding to post a review) to express my concerns, with no resolution, apology or concern for my inconvenience or dissatisfaction.

Excellent service! Mr. Everett quickly replaced the worn out pump that gets rid of excess water from the Aprilaire humidifier. In the process he was personable, professional and obviously quite knowledgeable.
