Boehmer Heating & Cooling

Our A/C was not keeping us cool.
We asked for Rotley Everett to check it out.
Rotley checked each part; explained his findings and ended up replacing a capacitor. We are very grateful for the professionalism and expertise Rotley showed us and are very pleased how quickly Boehmer responded to our problem.

Most recently (May 2021) I had my A/C maintenance completed by Ed. I was his first call of the day so he arrived shortly after 8 a.m. He worked very efficiently to complete the inspection. He was polite and professional.

My experience with Boehmer has been good. I have a service contract which provides testing and cleaning my furnace and air conditioning each year. After they receive my payment for the annual contract, they call to schedule maintenance. Most recently, I had my a/c serviced. The technician, Ed, was very efficient and professional. Due to the coronavirus, he wore a mask the entire time he was on my property, even though the temperature was 90+ degrees. His inspection was thorough and unhurried.

Service man was very knowledgeable as well as polite and explained the problem and resolution so I could understand it. I had a problem with the humidifier attached to the HVAC system.

Having issues with furnace turning on and staying on. Matt came within the time given. Then went in to great detail trying to find the problem. Once problem was discovered he quickly resolved the issue and had our heat up and running like new. Matt is a true professional and a good people person. Willing to explain what he did and how he fixed it. Will call again when we need service. Note to management: do not let this young man get away! In a year or two he will be one of your top service tech.

Matt did an excellent job servicing our heater and air conditioner. He went above and beyond figuring out the source of a small water leak. He confirmed any extra cost before completing the work. He was also very patient to explain to me how our system worked and what likely repairs we would need in the near future which will certainly help us to budget! Highly recommended!! A+++
