Terrible. Contracted for install of

various plumbing. Then their field and sales personnel quit. Company wouldn't communicate, emails went unanswered. Billed for work never done. What was done was done shoddily as documented by photos.

Jason Balcer, a Senior Service Technician from Haller Enterprises did repair work for us following a substantial electrical surge that occurred during a thunderstorm. The responsiveness of Haller Enterprises was excellent. Work quality by Jason was excellent and I have the ability to assess this in that I am an electrical engineer and I've been doing electrical wiring work for over 50 years (non-professionally). My first concern was that the panel was safe after the surge. Jason spent a good 1 1/2 hours assessing the electrical panel and outside meter, system grounding and circuit breaker performance. His through assessment and focus on safety led to all of the electrical panel and grounding repairs that were needed following the surge event.

My wife and I are delighted with the quality of work and Haller Enterprises rapid response to our repair needs. Without hesitation, we offer a full-throated recommendation for this quality business!

I worked under the supervision of Amanda Caruso (Smith) for a total of 4 weeks. The first 2 weeks of employment she was non existent. She barely spoke to me or was available for me. During the weekly huddle with the HR group (5 of us) she would outright admit that she was failing as a boss and admitted that she was non existent to me. In the last 2 weeks she was finally taking initiative and making time for me. Her idea of training was sending me emails and telling me what to do with the email. No instructions. No guidance. She was honestly a very cold hearted person when talking too. Not very friendly at all. In 2 weeks she threw so much stuff at me some with instructions some without. Expected me to know 100% what she was talking about with very minimal training then tells me it’s not working out due to me? The president of the company Eddie Mcfarlane had zero sympathy and supported this type of management/training. This is not a company to work for.

Aaron was prompt, professional and assessed the situation quickly buy thoroughly. He patiently spoke to the HSA person to explain what needed to be done, and had to cut through a wall and beadboard to access the pipe. He also needed to make adjustments to properly secure the pipe to prevent leaking. He was very persistent and did excellent work!

Our service tech, Matt, arrived on time and got right to work. He performed a thorough inspection and servicing of our gas boiler. He explained in detail what he was doing and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. While he was here, he identified 2 concerns with our water heater and corrected both. Personable, polite and professional, Matt will get my recommendation for anyone needing service. Outstanding experience all the way around!

I've been a Haller customer for 5 or 6 years now and I can't say enough about their service. They been fantastic! I use them for yearly PM and they do a great job. Their techs are professional and friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristie on a new Carrier Infinity AC and Furnace. She came and did a proper load calculation and walked me through my options, all while being very friendly and professional during the entire transaction. The install team lead by Jonathan was also great and had me up and running in short order. Given the current HVAC shortage going on I was surprised how quickly they were able to get the system installed! Overall a 10/10.
