Have had Haller techs out for a variety of home repairs ranging from minor electrical issues to major plumbing system repairs and they are always friendly and very professional. They do top-notch work.

The installation of the total HVAC system went very well. The technicians were very professional. Then we also had our air ducts cleaned, and the serviceman was the upmost knowledgeable and thorough.

So first off the techs that came to my house were great did a good job repairing my drain pipe. As far as communication from the gentleman who quoted me for the job I say very lacking in a timely matter. Also the estimated job was way over priced for the amount of work actually done, but was able to come to an agreement with the company for a price that was much more fair for the work done.

I am completely dissatisfied with the recent service. The A/C thermostat (which was under warranty with Haller) died and needed to be replaced. So there was no charge for the thermostat but I was charged over $300 as an installation fee. The installation took 20 minutes. I feel like I’ve been mugged.

The didn’t fix my boiler problem at all. Didn’t even look at it. Right away looked at other parts and tried to sell me all kinds of services and then refused to address the real problem.

Again. Mugged.

Used Haller for several home projects including installation if mini split and hot water heater. They are super professional, helpful and friendly. They do great work and take the time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. I will continue to use them!!

Boiler expansion tank started leaking on the day before Christmas. We were able to schedule service for the following Tuesday. Very pleased with response time and the professionalism of the repair guy (I don't remember his name).

New dual capacitor installed. Technician tested unit and all was found satisfactory. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend HALLER.
