I have no idea what happened to those who gave this company a bad review. I set up a meeting online and they were prompt and very professional. The service tech reviewed with me everything he was going to do before service so I knew what the expected charge would be. There was an additional part needed later and the tech explained why it was in the original estimate to make sure I was aware. I am very happy with the service we have provided and it was a much better experience than we have had with another company. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future for our needs

I had a Generac whole house natural gas powered backup generator installed two years ago, and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. I THINK the issues I've had are more to do with QC issues at Generac, rather than particular failures of the Haller installation team. But I've needed two technician visits in two years to make it work properly. Haller has sent the same tech both times, and he's very, very good.

Outstanding service and impeccable workman ship. Installation was top knotch and the guys were more than knowledgeable about explaining everything to me. Every single person I spoke to from Haller was nothing but professional and courteous. Took all the care in the world to keep my house clean as they did their job. I would recommend Haller to anyone.

We needed emergency service on a Sunday for a backed up sewage line & sewage backing up in the shower. The technician Nick was here within an hour & went above & beyond to get the issue resolved. He worked diligently for 4 hours and could not have been more courteous & kind. We were thankful to have his help and expertise.

AC unit tripped the breaker, no repair or parts were needed. We were charged $120 for the guy to reset the breaker? We ended up paying almost $200 for a 10 min service call? Nice rip off
The guy was nice and all but we are very disappointed with what we were charged. We have the membership with haller and this was what we got ๐Ÿ‘Ž

I have a service contract with them and purchased a new HVAC system last year - they have quality employees and always come out quickly when itโ€™s needed. Definitely recommend and shoutout to Charlie for his professionalism and suggestions.

My family was a Haller Heating customer for 16 years. We had the 'friends and family' service plan, this plan included after hours service. We realized on a Saturday night that we had no heat, this was in February. The on-call person had no knowledge, would not have a technical person contact me and basically said Google any questions you have. He told me after hours service no longer includes 'no heat', because they were getting to many calls for this service. Why have after hours service if they don't do anything.
Pity I can't give them less than 1 star.

My technician, Jay, was THE BEST! He was very responsive, helpful, and thorough. He laid out different options for fixing my issues and took extra time to ensure I felt comfortable and knew what to expect. He was always on time and very communicative. He listened to me and went above and beyond my expectations for making sure everything was fixed and fixed the right way. He was at my house multiple times for plumbing issues and each time took his time to make sure things were done right the first time.
