Wes was awesome! He was super friendly and knew what he was talking about. He did a great job and explained everything to us. He answered all of my questions. He showed up on time and was very efficient. He was careful not to track dirt through the house and I appreciate that he wore a mask inside. Honestly, he was one of the best service people I have ever had at my home!

The biannual heater maintenance checkup performed by Haller employee Austin Black was very professional, timely, and thorough.
He was friendly and completely explained the service performed. A+ customer satisfaction, especially since he is a relatively new employee (8 months, graduate of Thaddeus Stevens). Excellent hire! 👍

I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance for a technician to come to my home to review electrical work to be completed. I confirmed the appointment two times the day before, and also confirmed the appointment via text message. Haller stated the technician would be coming to my home from 8am - 12 noon. When no one called I contacted them via phone at 12 noon. The customer service rep stated the dispatcher would be contacting me imminently. At 2pm I contacted Haller via phone and still no response. I was seeking to have $25-$30K dollars worth of electrical work performed at my home. OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT WANT THE BUSINESS. Their customer service is abysmal.

My service technician Matt was the best I feel that I have ever experienced servicing my geothermal system. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly go over the system which made me feel like he truly cared about the job he was performing. He also took the time to explain all the things that he had checked on my system. Although I had other good guys before I would prefer if I could always have him back to service my system yearly.

Had Jim Baab come out to provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn't pushy, but made sure to inform me of the timeline being the financing offer in play. The installation appeared seamless; the techs were friendly and professional. They helped me understand my new thermostat before leaving, as well. Solid pricing and a fast turnaround for installation. Highly advised!
