Chris has helped me in two homes, both with exceptional service and communication. Most recently Chris installed a new HVAC with heat pump, water heater and home dehumidifier systems. He takes the approach of a teacher, not only the scope of the work and his progress during a project, but also a thorough explanation of how to use, maintain and tips on the units. K & C is my go to and won’t use anyone else!

Chris was extremely proficient across the board. He installed a new A/C unit and Heating system in one day! Price was very fair and service was top notch. Would highly recommend K&C to anyone looking for quality, local work, from a genuinely great guy.

We were VERY happy with the work by K&C mechanical. We had our furnace replaced, and had a central AC system installed. K&C is everything you could ask for in a contractor(responsive, knowledgeable, and quality). Chris had no problem answering all of our questions because the guy really knows his stuff. Chris was absolutely amazing and so helpful in a very stressful situation! He went above and beyond to replace my water heater that burst. I contacted him late in the evening, and he walked me through how to handle the leakage/cleanup. Then was out the next morning with a new system! We were up and running again within 24 hours, thanks to Chris! Highly recommend!

Chris coverted my home from electric baseboard heat to natural gas; converting the water heater and stove as well. I am by far easy to please, I'm picky and indecisive. Chris was patient, explained everything in detail, and his quote was competitive. I highly recommend his services. I have already had him back to install a mini split system in my basement. Chris did a great job installing our new centra AC system. I was contacted promptly after asking for a free quote and everything was explained to me in detail. He answered all of my questions and got me a quote quickly. From the time I agreed to the price quoted he stayed in contact with me throughout the process and did everything on the dates he said he would and cleaned up well at the end of each day. I called around a few places for HVAC work and Chris from K&C was one that came out for a quote. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything I had questions to. He even showed me where my dampers were and adjusted them for me. We scheduled work to be done for a new furnace and ac unit. Chris kept good communication throughout the entire process and answered anymore questions I had. Chris did an awesome job installing the furnace and ac unit and even finished before we expected him to. I would highly suggest K&C if you want HVAC work to be done right and at a fair price

Chris was flexible with scheduling when I was available. He was very thorough in his process and explanations as to what he was doing and answered any other questions I asked. He even walked me through a quick service repair over the phone to get my system back up and heating before he was able to come out. I would highly recommend.

Christopher did an excellent job installing a new hybrid water heater. This is the second time I've used his company. The first was installation of a new electric furnace/air system in 2018. His professionalism, work ethic and service are on par with any of the larger companies in the area. All service work is so very expensive these days and smaller business owners generally have better pricing. Chris exceeded my expectations again, with quality service at a more reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any jobs you may have!
