Great company and very professional. Came in to diagnose my central air we have had problem with for years. They replaced my air handler and a few odds and ends fixed. Everything works perfect now. Honest companies are hard to find but this is one.

My husband and I contacted Evergreen Heating and Air via their website contact request form; we received a prompt response. Our AC was not running properly and we were told someone would be out the next day between 9-915am. Charlie came out the next morning at 9am. He was professional and let us know what he was doing each step of the way. He went above and beyond with his service. His professionalism and honesty were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Evergreen Heating and Air. We will be using them for our maintenance and service needs now and in the future.

When our AC stopped working this summer, Cameron came out the same day to help us fix it. He identified that we would need a new heating/AC system and gave us a very fair price for the unit and installation. Cameron was very quick and responsive throughout the whole process. He got the units installed so quickly while we were at work that we were never without heat in the middle of December. His customer service is top notch and I would recommend this company to any of my friends! He was also great with our dog! Thanks, Cameron!

Excellent service and quick. They went above and beyond to make sure I understand the equipment , how it works and all my options.
Returning home from vacation, discovered an inch of water around the furnace. I checked everything I knew and called a few friends, no luck. A contractor friend of mine had told me about Evergreen starting up, so I gave Charlie a call. He came out very promptly discovered and fix the problem for less than what other tradesmen sometimes charge for just showing up. More importantly, he went over the cost of repairs versus replacing equipment, and how much life there was left. Having bought the house in the last year, I had them inspected and knew they ran fine but really hadn’t taken the time to figure out when they should be replaced. Charlie was low-key, not pushy at all. I decided to upgrade the water heater and replace furnace. It was installed within 10 days, much more professional installation. And very practical installation, leaving room for service, repair, replacing filters etc. Our house is very dry, in the winter, so it wasn’t hard for me to add a steam humidification system to our furnace as part of the job. I’m excited about it and will try to report back after I’ve had to experience this winter.
