I called at least 10 different plumbers to replace the pipes under my kitchen sink. Every one of them told me they could not give me a price over the phone and it would cost me $98 and up to just come out to give me a price. When called Garden Spot Mechanical I asked them the same questions and I was told roughly $200.00. Then they told me a tech would contact me me on when he would be out. I was contacted right away by the tech who was very professional and polite he told me he'd be there by 2pm the next day. Well he was right on time. did a fantastic job on replacing my pipes under my kitchen sink. My bill was exactly what they told me it would be roughly. So with all my experiences I have had These guys are top notch service providers. True to their word providing excellent service with techs who know exactly what they are doing and prove high quality work. I'll never go any where else for my plumbing needs. It's hard to find this kind of service and quality today's world but Garden Spot Mechanical definitely top notch hands down.

The heating and cooling systems in our office building were15 years old and we were beginning to have mechanical issues. We met with three local HVAC contractors including Garden Spot Mechancial. Garden Spot without a doubt provided a level of expertise that exceeded the other contractors. When our building was constructed in 2006, the HVAC system was desgned incorrectly. Garden Spot was able to identify the problems with the design and with the installation of the new system they were able to correct the problems resulting in an efficient, well balanced system that will meet our needs for many years to come. I was very impressed by the service. The explanation of their diagnostic service as well as their repair work was excellent. It was like watching This Old House, where they explained what was wrong and what options are available for addressing the issues. I had Bob doing the service and I highly recommend him.

I purchased a water softener unit from GSM. The equipment and price were as good or better than anything I found in the area. The install was right on time and professionally done. We had a followup question and it was addressed immediately. I am very comfortable recommending GSM to anyone.

Dave & Dave were excellent to work with to make repairs on my work utility truck. They fixed what they could (welder/power plant) in a sorry amount of time and referred me to another shop to take care if what they couldn't (ancient air compressor). Great experience, I will return with full confidence in the future.

Scheduled for 930am but bumped to 200pm for another emergency. Came out and said unit needed to be charged for a fee of $500, but also needed some connections repaired, but he didn't have time for that. Said when he came back to do actual repairs we would have to pay another $500 to recharge the system again plus the repair costs. Attitude was that we were just not important enough to do the repair work today but was okay with double charging.
