I have been with R&D for a long time. Always pleased with their work and their customer service. Never a problem with appointments and they can call you 30min before arrival. This year for my AC check, was R&D's Service Technican William. He arrived right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything about my AC so I would fully understand. I couldn't be more pleased. I always recommend R&D! They are a honest company to do business with and who go out of their way to make the customer come first.

Jeannie was our service tech for yesterday's spring maintenance check up. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She reviewed her notes with me from the inspection she completed on our system to ensure I knew the state of the furnaces. R&D has serviced my home for 5 years and I would recommend them to others.

I needed a tune up for my oil furnace. I called R&D and they were able to schedule Jeannie to come out 3 or 4 days later. When they told me it would cost $215 for the tune up I mentioned their website has tune-ups listed for $89. They said that was for gas furnaces only, even though their website doesn't specify which type of furnace it's for. That was kind of annoying since it's a huge disparity in price from one kind of unit to the next. Within an hour of scheduling with R&D I received a call from a supervisor apologizing their website isn't clear and they plan to change it to say the deal is just for gas furnaces. I was impressed someone took the time to call and apologize about that.

On the day Jeannie was scheduled to come out to my house, she actually came 5 minutes early to her scheduled window which I really appreciated. She did a good job of explaining what she did and what other things would need work or replacing in the future. No sales pressure to take care of them now. She was out of my house within an hour which I also appreciated. I was happy with the service provided.

The service call was placed in a.m. and they sent Jeffrey by 10:15. He was professional, friendly, and very quick to diagnose the air conditioner problem. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and care. Thanks to R&D we are cooling off once more. I rate the service 5 stars and will continue to call in the future! Thanks foe a job well done.

My technician, Jeffery was both friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my system to me as he serviced it. I was very happy with his expertise and signed up for a service contract. Thank you R&D!!

9/20 Sean M. came out to my home this week to do semi-annual maintenance and inspection of my heating system. He arrived precisely at the time that had been agreed upon. He was very professional and pleasant in his conversations with my wife and me. Sean did a thorough job in making sure the heater was working properly and was able to answer several questions I had. I remain a loyal customer of R&D both for the system they installed and the service done in the ensuing time.

William M, one of the R&D technicians came out this morning to do an inspection and to service our system. R&D had installed the system approximately 8 years ago and we have been very pleased with both the heating and air conditioning over the years.

William came exactly as scheduled and did a thorough job of servicing our system. We have been consistently satisfied with the level of knowledge and professionalism of the R&D staff and will continue to use them in the future.

R&D is the best and I’ve dealt with 4. They worked hard getting my heating issue fixed. Now I’ve had Jeannie C as my Tech the last 4 times and it is always a pleasure. She is always in a good mood, very pleasant to talk to and extremely efficient at her duties. I would definitely recommend R&D as well as Jeannie C.

Technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He made every effort to complete Spring checkup with precision, and following thorough and organized procedures. When I was readily available, the technician described what he was doing and why. Due to his preparation and organization, he did not have to return to his truck more than one or two times. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family because they are capable, courteous, and caring.
