My HVAC system broke on Thursday the 2nd. I contacted John at Bella Casa and he was able to stop by the same day to inspect my unit. He was able to schedule an entire installation of a new HVAC sytem to be completed on Friday the 3rd. He walked me through all the steps of the installation as well as the pricing options available. Everything was completed in one work day. Very professional and clean workmanship. I can not recommend them enough!

John and his crew were fantastic! My old 25+ year old AC broke on a Sunday. We were in the market to replace it anyway. After a few pictures, a quick visit, I had a quote the next day. He was able to fit me in a couple days later. They arrived early and worked fast. Old inefficient system removed new, efficient system installed. For the first time since we lived here our house, my upstairs bedroom was actually cold! I will be using John and his crew at Bella Casa regularly for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs.

I had a new gas dryer delivered to be installed. During installation, gas valve was discovered to be bad and began leaking badly. They rigged the valve shut and told us to call plumber to fix. Whole house smelled like gas and couldn’t determine whether valve was still leaking. I got a hold of John and as soon as he heard the situation and possible gas leak he and DJ were at my house within 30 minutes. They quickly fixed the valve and discovered the new parts for dryer were damaged and would have allowed a small constant gas leak. They got all the right parts and fixed everything correctly and finished dryer hook up. Extremely professional and knowledgable, and very respectful of my young kids and pets running around and all while they should have already been on their way home for the day. Hard to find reliable, trustworthy contractors, I highly recommend!

I just want to say that John and his team came to install a new HVAC system in my home and I am so impressed with their work, they came to look at it and we’re back 2 days later to replace the entire unit. It was a hell of a job due to previous work done to the unit. His team had to have custom duct parts made to finish the job and all this was done in 1 day. Even though it was a very long day for these guys John stayed until everything was perfect and took the time to explain everything they did and made sure I knew how to work the new thermostat ,showed me everything he had done, he even took the time to label the breakers, label where the filter goes and wrote the size on the unit he also made recommendations to help the humidity, I highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC they really went above and beyond answering all my questions.. VERY PROFESSIONAL.. Thanks again for a job well done!

My air conditioner stopped working. Bella Casa was recommended by a neighbor. John came out the same day and repaired the unit. I was aware that my air conditioner was small for my house and asked John for an estimate for a replacement unit. The estimate was a fair price. Bella Casa replaced my air conditioner and air handler, added a second return in the house and fixed all the leaking ductwork in the attic. Everything was professionally done. I highly recommend this company.

John and crew offer a white glove experience that is hard to find from other service providers, with fair and competitive prices on superior equipment. John takes the time to walk you through every step of the installation process while coming up with efficiency and cost savings solutions on the spot. He is always looking for a way to make your systems run better and last longer. John is also very mindful of aesthetics and comes up with ideas to make your equipment and pipes as uninvasive on living space as possible. I have worked with Bella Casa on several smaller hvac and plumbing jobs. This is the first time I have needed a large replacement of my furnace and water heater after converting to natural gas. I was scheduled to start work within days of receiving my quote. The work was completed on time and has had no issues at all in the time since installation was completed. The crew arrived promptly, were extremely clean and courteous, advised when there would be excessive noise or if power needed to be turned off, and didn't leave a spec of dirt or debris behind. I am extremely satisfied with Bella Casa and highly recommend using them for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Bella Casa has been going above and beyond for us for a few years now. They’ve done everything for us from maintaining our old unit to installing our new one. We’ve used them for a new hot water heater, a whole house humidifier & a whole house air purifier. Each time the company has been to our home, they’ve been professional, friendly & clean! We highly recommend them!

A/C broke down on a holiday weekend in the middle of a heat wave. A friend referred me to Bella Casa. It was the only call that I needed to make. John, the owner, came out the next morning. He explained everything clearly and got right to work diagnosing the issues with the A/C. John is very knowledgeable and diligent, courteous and professional, responsive and honest. But I was most impressed with his awesome work ethic. John was tenacious and determined to get the A/C up and running again...on the hottest day of the summer! Plan to use Bella Casa to replace a water heater as well as converting an 35 yr old oil burner to gas heat. Glad to support a locally-owned small business like Bella Casa! Highly recommended!
