Arctic Air Conditioning & Heating

Came to work on my ac could not find the problem. Was supposed to get back to me. Never called I called numerous times left messages,talked to secretary even texted. Charged me $120 and never heard from him again.

I was very specific about needing the technician to be on time due to having other contractors in and out that day. I was contacted vie text message 30 mins before appointment to tell me they would be there 2-3 later than original appointment. I understand things come up, but for me and that day that I dedicated for the work it was very important to be there on time and they could not follow through with that so my business went elsewhere. Airserv showed up on time and will continue to receive my business.

Great Company!! They did an amazing job replacing my old air conditioner to a new one. I recomend this company to anyone. Air temp cooling & Heating systems is best. Good Customer Service👍👍👍👍👍
