Called this morning to get a fee for examining my AC and heating system. The CS rep said "It's $99 plus we bill in 15 minute increments," to which I told her all that I want is a single fee to examine and give me feedback on my system. She kept on repeating "It's $99 plus we bill in 15 minute increments," like some robot. Clearly not meeting my needs I discontinued the call. Obviously, not a very customer-centric company unable to relate to customer needs. I will not use them. Incidentally, the reason for doing the system examination on a rental property was to determine whether or not we would install a new system. So long...

Tim came out to fix my A/C. He has been to my house many times to complete the preventive maintenance. He is always pleasant, puts on his booties, and explains and answers any questions I have. He is a great representative for R&D heating and honestly, I use their service because of Tim. Thank you Tim!

Outstanding and timely service! Jeannie was responsive and helpful! We had three other companies out working on our heat pump and were beginning to think that piss poor customer service and clueless technicians were all we could get in this area. I have relied on R&D Heating and Cooling Company for 6 years. I have a maintenance contract with them & they have been up-to-date with appointments & services. I have relied on them & always pleased. Recently, my technician Jeffrey came to check over my HVAC unit. He was very personable, thorough, conscientious and polite. Jeffrey was quite knowledgeable and well-trained. Completely satisfied.

Sean came out to the dealership I work at and what was once a hot, uncomfortable, stuffy room is now a cool and refreshed environment. He was timely, personable, and professional. While working in our small office he managed to not interrupt the workflow and wasn't noisy which was much appreciated. If you're looking for someone to fix it and fix it right the first time.

Jeannie provided the exceptional service that I have come to expect from working with R&D for more than 10 years. I called in an emergency situation late on a Saturday. She arrived quickly to restore AC to one of my rental properties. Jeannie was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly. She had everything back up and running in less than an hour. I truly hope that when I need a HVAC repair person, that Jeannie is who does comes to save the day!

R&D scheduled our service call promptly and sent Jeannie to repair our heater. Jeannie was a pleasure to work with and was able to fix a problem that other companies could not. She was polite and explained everything as she went. We definitely recommend R&D and will request Jeannie again.

Jeffrey was awesome. He kept me in the loop on what he was doing and let me know I didn't need to replace my filter so often. My hubby was buying one every 4 months. Jeffrey said no way, it should last 1 year. Anyway he was professional and went through what he cleaned and checked. I also received an email with all of the items he checked so I can show my husband when he arrives from work. Very friendly and organized. did not have to run back and forth to his truck for any forgotten tools . By the way Jeffrey also has a sense of HUMOR! An added bonus when Jeffrey is the man for the job!

I have been with R&D since 2006 when they installed my central AC unit. They are an honest company to deal with and very efficient when coming out each spring to do routine maintenance. This year Tim was my service person and he explained everything about my AC to me so that I could understand. I am extremely satisfied with R&D and highly recommend them.
