Chadds Ford Climate Control

This is my second time using Chadds Ford Climate Control and I have been thrilled with the service I’ve received both times! The receptionist has been friendly and helpful and technicians have come when they said. They are friendly, knowledgable and skilled. They have taken time to explain everything to me clearly and I truly appreciate that! Very happy I followed a recommendation to use this company. They will be my go-to from here on out!

I found the experience to be more personable and responsive to our needs than the larger firms. This is our first involvement with the company and so far, so good. We went with Chadds Ford to establish a long-term relationship with a customer centric company and early returns are good.

He was on time and called beforehand to let me know that he would be arriving in 15 minutes.
Bill was super helpful and patient with me and all my questions. He explained every aspect of what needed to be done and gave me plenty of time to process and ask more questions. He was thorough and professional. When he presented the estimate he was polite and did not try to sell anything extra. My repair was perfect. I will use this company again and again.

This is a great group to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We always had good experiences with multiple service/maintenance calls, so when it came time to replace our AC/heating systems (we have two of them), we were happy to receive the same level of quality service. Marty was great to work with…and a pleasure to talk to! He knows his stuff and went the extra mile to ensure we had the right systems to match our peculiar home and correct the hacks done by whoever installed our last system. The installation went smooth with Chuck and Sean…smart, capable, courteous guys. The same for Jeff who did some real nice touch up work that he and Marty were quick to address. All around great experience with good communication throughout. Competitive pricing. Attentive to details. Great customer service. The systems are running well and I trust they will stand by their work if anything does go awry.

Easy appointment to discuss options, thourough proposals. The installation was scheduled the week after I accepted the proposal. Installation crew was great. Left my house and attic clean, explained how the new system works. Great job overall. I highly recommend.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a very good sense of humor climbing around in a hot, dark attic to examine my A/C!

Heating problem. When we found out that our thermostat just needed batteries the tech. Offered to give us an annual contract for the price of the emergency call. We were so grateful.
