Great experience from start to finish. Very professional. Work was done quickly and correctly. Replacing an ac unit is not fun, but this company made it much less painful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer.

This was the easiest I have ever had dealing with a plumber. From the initial phone call to the job getting done. Brian got to my home at the exact time he promised and immediately scoped the job and got to work. Very knowledgeable and efficient. His work was impeccable. Very neat and polite. Chadd s Ford Climate Control should be extremely thankful to an employee like Brian.

Chadds Ford Climate Control responded promptly to our request to replace our water heater. David arrived first and was very personable and professional. He began the process of removing the old water heater. Mike arrived shortly after and they both efficiently installed the new heater. Both were pleasant and competent. We have been very pleased with the service we receive from Chadd Ford Climate Control.

I NEVER leave reviews but felt I had to because I had such a great experience with these guys, particularly the two men who did the installation of our AC. They not only did great work, showed on time, and cleaned up effectively each day, but they were the nicest guys! Our sweet pup was a nervous wreck, and they made sure to pet her whenever they could to make her more comfortable. Further, it was my son’s fourth birthday and they made sure to wish him a happy birthday and talk to him about it. Lastly, they literally brought in my garbage cans without me asking them to. The people who work here are clearly GOOD people. I was so happy we used them!

I'm a Caregiver, who just so happened to be at the home of my 97 yr old client, who was in need of a plumber to fix her kitchen sink, which had a nasty leak. Our service man was very prompt, efficient, friendly, humorous and quite personable. My client and I both liked him very much. Once he had all the parts he needed to fix the sink, it didn't take him long at all to complete the job. We were quite impressed with the timing and quality of his work. I will tell everyone I know about this company and especially about our service man, Brian, he is a good brand for this company.

Have used and referred them many times. They have always performed good work. I have been particularly impressed with their knowledge and expertise in older boilers. They know their stuff.

The team at Chadds Ford Climate control especially Marty and Jeff, did an exceptional job as always at my dental office. This is the 12 unit that we have them install in my homes and business in the past and I was very pleased yet again with their prompt service and attention to detail. Had a bit of a tricky plumbing leak in our shower. It took a couple of visits, but in the end, they stood by their business/reputation, and came back (again) and fixed the leak.

When my old HVAC company could not help, Chadds Ford Climate Control did! A few years ago, we were having continual problems with our heater. The company that we had originally used to come and service it, could not find the problem. When we finally had enough, and our heater would not warm our house passed 57 degrees, we called Chadds Ford Climate Control. They were here within 2 hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Our system is run on propane and it's settings were set to natural gas. ( I may not be explaining that properly) but they fixed the problem, did not charge us more than the fee to come out, and were very professional and helpful. Since then I have been using them to service our HVAC. I just had a service done yesterday and Jesse, came out. He has been to our house a few times for our 6 month services. He is kind, professional, and super thorough. I highly recommend Chadds Ford Climate Control. They have highly knowledgeable employees and excellent customer service.

While searching for a new HVAC installation, we reached out to a total of six (6) different companies in the area who performed home inspections and provided proposals. From the six companies evaluated, Chadds Ford Climate Control was selected with confidence considering their competitive installation cost, technical expertise, and labor/parts warranty.

During the home inspection, Martin Smith demonstrated extensive familiarity and experience with HVAC systems by answering each technical question while inspecting the current condition of the system installed as well as the overall house characteristics. Martin went the extra mile and balanced the HVAC system by opening or closing ducts in the basement which resulted in a drastic change on performance – even with the old system. He later provided a detailed load report showing the approach taken to select the appropriate AC and Furnace size.

Dennis and Justin showed up on time for the installation. They explained each of the parts being installed and ensured I was satisfied with the work. After the installation, they performed a system operational check to ensure everything was in good working order.

A week later, Martin Smith called to ensure I was satisfied with the installation and the overall system performance. He also visited the house to ensure the system was set up correctly for Winter and Summer.
