Found and repaired the problem in 30 minutes. All during terrible weather and pending holiday weekend. Just excellent.

Not good so far. We bought both a mini split and ducted system in June of 2020. Ducted downstairs and ductless upstairs in the bedrooms I thought all was well when we bought it. The price was slightly higher then some of the competitors, but the sales person seemed more knowledgeable. After the first day using it. The problems started. The mini splits all leaked into the house. Not a couple drips but puddles of water. We were told they they would come out and fix that and the outside unit was not level, they would fix that also. They came out, looked at the leak, caulked the one end of one of the units, moved a hose slightly and left, said it was fixed. Still leaks everyday. Never touched the outside unit, actually left a shovel and rocks for us to do it. I called the salesman and never heard back. Called the main number and nothing back. Called one more time and they told me that a person would get back to me. Never did. Got to winter and did not hear back, but the heat worked and works great, so I pushed it to 2021. Called 3 times last year and also used the contact page on the website, still nothing. Now fast forward to this year, the AC works sometimes. Seems to have a leak in the system since it is sometimes cold and sometimes hot air. I have only called once this year, but used the contact page 3 times. Nothing. I have cleaned the filters and maintained the units very well. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted to talk to them, still nothing.

The response to the request for estimate for installation of new AC was same day. Marty was on time and included some new info which was very helpful.
Mike and Marty completed the job in 1 day and left the work areas neat and clean. It was a very professional job and we are very pleased with their work. Will definitely consider them for future jobs.

Since the above review in April we have had also just had a home back up generator installed. Marty again assessed our feasibility, wrote up a proposal and after Peco replaced our meter then installed the generator within 2 weeks. Marty oversaw the generator installation and Brian spent 1 day for the installation and an extra day rewiring service panel (additional request). It was a hot day and we thank the whole crew for a great job.

I was quoted $500 to replace portions of my shower. When he was fixing it, a part broke off requiring the plumber to go into the wall. I realized that it would cost more, but I was blindsided when the total was close to $1500. I was given no indication that the cost would be that high, and he left a 12inch x 12 inch hole in the wall, and a mess in the bathroom. When my realtor called to complain, they lied and said they told me what the cost would be, and they lied and said I said "I love it". What's to love about HALF of my shower fixtures getting replaced? They don't even match. This company is way overpriced AND the employees are liars.

It was 2 PM when we closed on our new home in Chadds Ford and we had only an afternoon to check it out before flying home. According to the inspection report, the AC was "old but in working order." Except it wasn't. In fact, it was so stifling inside we could barely breathe. We needed to find someone to identify the problem--fast! After a few frantic calls, we were so, SO fortunate to connect with Marty at Climate Control. Within an hour he arrived, made a thorough assessment, outlined a few options, and promised to research and put together details and costs. Within days of returning to CA, we received a software-generated comparison of four different systems. Marty met with us over the phone, explained the pros and cons of each option, and patiently answered every question. We never felt pressured, just reassured and relieved that we would have a system in place by the time we moved in August. And that's exactly what has taken place as Climate Control's team has done all the work while we were in CA packing for the move! Marty and his team have been professional, helpful, informative, and supportive in preparing our home with a quality heating / cooling system that works efficiently. Thanks to Climate Control our new home's climate is under control and we couldn't be more grateful!
