    This is by far the worst company ever. Their technician came to my house and did not have the right tools. He broke my water faucet in kitchen. He attempted to fix my shower and took it apart. Then told me the senior tech will come to fix. They never came. They took my shower apart and did not put it back together. I do not have a working shower and now will have to pay extra money to get it fixed. They are not familiar with the brand of my shower and should’ve never touches it. Do not use this company.

    The plumber that came to my home, Eric was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his craftsmanship. He explained what he was going to do before he did it. He was courteous and respectful until the end of the project. He kept command and communication with his staff and my family members. Respectfully he came prepared to get the job done. He got it done with minimal damage to the ceiling replacing pipes between the floor and ceiling. I truly believe the work was well done. I would use him and Royal Plumbing again

    Eric was very skilled and he replaced a washer with a valve in the kitchen and he sat and helped me deal with the appliance issue and helped me get a new insulation company dispatched that will be coming out tomorrow to install the new dishwasher. Eric explain to American Home Shield that we do not need a separate shut off valve. We have one and that we have the waterline Already.

    Royal Plumbing, Heating & AC installed my Tesla wall connector. Nate did an excellent job explaining the work so that I clearly understood how he was going to install the connector and the warranty I would receive on the work. He was very personable and their pricing was straightforward and for this work they ABSOLUTELY beat competitors prices, who were also like Royal, Tesla certified installers. He was honest and did not try to up sell me on work that I didn’t need. I would DEFINITELY use them again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Royal Plumbing Heating and AC!

    Unprofessional and rude.

    So Royal called me Monday morning to see my issue I told them they set me up an appointment I ask for a early appointment time. I was told you are out of our area you will never have a early appointment due to your area. What is that supposed to mean?
    Today is my appointment I receive a call 8:05am that they canceled because they can't help me. How do you know that if no one has come out to evaluate my problem.

    I was happy about they because I read great reviews on they're work.
    Customer service goes along way and clearly they don't have it. I took off work for this appointment and this tye thanks I get then they said we can try next week. Wow really try.....what about my plumbing issue I'm supposed to wait another week. UNBELIEVABLE

    I had an issue with a technician not showing up for the scheduled estimate which was later resolved. Nate came out and installed my Tesla charger and did an excellent job. He even went above and beyond and patched up the holes he had to make. All of this was for a great price as well.

    I called American Home Shield in regards to a leak in my main waterline in the basement and they put me in touch with Royal who responded immediately to evaluate the job and scheduled a technician to do the repairs literally two days later the job has been completed. Based on what I can see in the pictures. I am very pleased especially because I’m out of state. Very thankful for their level of professionalism.

    Beware of using them through a home warranty company. We had a 15 year old kitchen nozzle that became loose after usual wear and tear. This company was assigned by home warranty company. Techician came out, took pictures for about 5 minutes, didn’t say a word or ask a question, then reported to warranty company that nozzle was loose because of “misuse.” Mind you, the hardware of the nozzle was undamaged and simply loose. As a result, home warranty company would not cover repair because of “misuse” and I was told the tech from the company could only repair if I paid $400 out of pocket. I called the home warranty company and requested another plumbing company. I get that these contractors don’t get paid much from home warranty companies, but the optics of my story do not look really good. It looks like a company trying to get a customer to just hand over a credit card. Just a bad business.

    If you read through reviews, you will see there have been SEVERAL similar cases involving Royal Plumbing’s questionable practices when going through a home warranty company. Read the Google Reviews…it’ll take you 5 minutes to see what I am talking about.

    **************Update***************? I’m
    The second company dispatched by the home warranty company were PROFESSIONALS. They diagnosed problem, gave fair report to warranty company, ordered necessary parts, and repaired the sink. Additional out of pocket cost for me….$0.00.

    Again, read the reviews, do your homework, and DO NOT TRUST this company, especially if going through your home warranty. You’re welcome!

    Eric was nothing but professional and I would highly recommend him. Nate however is the most unprofessional person I've had the misfortune of "speaking with" if you could even call it that.

    My second floor shower drain was leaking, and after already paying the original invoice the issue was incorrectly diagnosed twice, delaying the fix. I spoke with Nate briefly who explained that I would be credited for my initial charges and he would create a new invoice for additional charges to fully fix the leak.

    A day or two later I received the new invoice and wanted to discuss the new charges with him. However after calling back I was unable to speak with him directly. After multiple attempts I got him on the phone during which he literally yelled that we had previously talked, the charges were explained in the invoice, and before I had the chance to respond he abruptly hung up. I am a fair person who is more than willing to pay for additional time and labor for people like Eric to come out. However this was NO WAY to speak to a client who has already paid partially for a job not completed and delayed for weeks. ENTIRELY unprofessional. As long as Nate is part of this company steer clear.
