Chadds Ford Climate Control

I was very pleased with Chadds Ford Climate Control. I was interested i an evaluation of the heating system in a house that I have recently purchased. I knew there were problems in getting full circulation of the heat throughout the house, and I was hoping for some ideas as to what could be done to correct these problems. Brandon came to look at the problem and provided very sound and reasonable possible solutions. He was polite and professional, but still took the time to be very clear in his explanations and understanding of my situation. If all of those who work for Climate Control are of the same high caliber as Brandon, this company should be your first choice.

Charles and Christopher were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were on time and even called 20 minutes before they would be arriving. Affordable pricing, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Christopher displayed such quality work and was very precise with installing my hot water heater. Charles and Christopher or both AWESOME! I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone.

They would not even give a ballpark estimate, when I described exactly what I wanted, in terms of the model number of a new hot water heater, including pictures of the existing setup. This is a straightforward replacement and installation job. Even Bradford-White was willing to give me a fairly tight range of expected pricing. The site visit must be an important part of the allure of using them.

Friendly, family-owned local business. Ethan did a thorough job checking my A/C to diagnose the issue and got on the phone with Carrier to identify specifics for my older system. He didn't take any shortcuts or pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. After several tries with other big name providers, I'm very happy with the service Chadds Ford Climate Control provided at a fair price and will be a customer going forward.

Jesse was terrific on the emergency call. Chadds Ford for over 19 yrs for maintenance, upgrades in both heating and plumbing issues . Can out Dane day to replace a bad fuse that cut off heat. All service people excellent

Jessy came to do a check on my system. The people who work here are so friendly and nice. They explain everything in terms that are understandable. It is a pleasure dealing with them. I've never dealt with a company who respond so quickly to questions or issues. What great customer service!

This company deserves more than 5 stars. They were very responsive and knowledgeable when I called them about a problem with my heater. I had a new heater and AC installed and they did a great job for a very fair price. They are honest and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I also had a problem with a pipe freezing and they took care of it in no time. Highly recommended!!!

Job well done. I am very particular and this group exceeded my expectations. Rob came on time for the consultation and provided multiple options. I had a change to my original configuration when the installation was in progress. They also received the wrong parts from the supplier. Rob and his team quickly resolved the issue and were here until after 6pm to get it done. I then had a few more minor requests that Rob came back himself to do the finishing touches and gave us 100% satisfaction. To the team; Thank you Rob, Justin, Tony, Don & Eric!!!

I called CFCC on a Friday at 1:47pm about a leak coming from an upstairs bath through the kitchen ceiling. The plumber showed up at 2:40 and diagnosed the problem quickly. Because of the time and the parts needed, he asked if they could come back first thing Monday to finish the job and we agreed. Martin and Matt arrived Monday a little after 8am and were able to make the repair. Martin thoroughly explained the work that he needed to perform. We are very pleased by their responsiveness to our needs. Couldn’t ask for more.
