We just purchased a new water heater installed by Chadds Ford Climate Control. It was done professionally and efficiently by Tech Sean Harkins. We will call upon Chadds Ford Climate Control if any other major systems replacement or repair is needed.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions but I am not ready to make a decision. I would definitely use them if I decide to replace my heater.

The A/C install team were professional, neat, on time, and knowledgeable..
We also, go a discount for having it installed before the end of March and a cash discount...There price was lower than others with the special discounts.

When our AC suddenly stopped working, we called Chads Ford Climate Control since they were the ones who installed our system. We were able to speak with a live person immediately. John, from service, contacted us quickly and set up an appointment time for same day service. John was professional, responsive, arrived on time, and had our house cooling in no time at all. We highly recommend this business!

So my AC stopped working on the Friday before a holiday weekend. I called Climate Control in the afternoon and someone was here to evaluate the problem in less than an hour. John was courteous, efficient and extremely kind in helping a newly overwhelmed widow get a replacement motor by the next morning. Justin picked up the unique motor, came out, and installed it on Saturday, the next day. Both these young men were so wonderful. Both personable and excellent in all of their work. I am so grateful for this company and their employees and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were my heroes this past weekend. Thank you!

I was very frustrated by the service I received. Someone came out and gave me a quote before I agreed to the service. The representative gave me a breakdown of costs and was very thorough about what the quote covered. I then scheduled the service and the person I scheduled with was again very thorough, giving me a service time of 10am and assuring me that they would be done around noon. The day of service, it was 12 and I’d heard nothing. I called and they told me I was scheduled for 12-1, which is the time I was told they’d be finished. When someone finally showed up, he did a fine job of installing the toilet, but then tried to charge me $130 more than the quote and implied that I got it wrong. When I was adamant, he said, “the other guy didn’t know what he was doing.” The whole thing was very shady and no one seems to take responsibility.

Chadds Ford Climate Control recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in our home. Martin's proposal comparing different units and price points for our heating and air conditioning needs was outstanding and competitively priced. Jeff and his crew arrived on time, they were polite, professional and did a great job. I felt very comfortable from beginning to end working with everyone at Chadds Ford Climate Control. Prior to this work we used this company for some plumbing work which we were very happy with as well.
