Amazing is an understatement. Sean was extremely professional and nice. The job they did was extremely dusty, and he personally wiped down furniture to ensure their was no dust. Talk about going the extra mile? Absolutely amazing.

Highly recommend CFCC. Subjected myself to 4 HVAC/hot water heater proposals. First one for a HVAC Lennox system, a less than pleasant dealer learning experience. Other three were Bryant systems.
Martin Smith clearly presented several CFCC options. Very responsive answering questions. Great follow-up. Reviewed warranties, rebates, financing info. Energetic, polite, accommodating.
CFCC had the best value based upon 'apples to apples' comparison with
the two other Bryant proposals.
19 yr. old HVAC/HOT WATER HEATER ripped out/replaced 10-20-20. ALL in ONE DAY! The installers, Tony, Mike, Justin & Andrew were all very strong, hard-working, polite young men.
Deciding on a new HVAC system was certainly a larger undertaking than expected, at least for me. Based on a referral to CFCC, Martin Smith made my experience an A+.

Sean was great - he came out between the times they gave, did the service and was in and out in about 20 minutes! Highly recommend CFCC for any work and we will certainly have them come out again for anything else that we need.

So bought a new Bryant hvac unit in 2017. Prob 9k all in. 3 years later. “Poof”. She’s leaking water on my recently painted basement floor..called
And got the ole “99” assessment fee. The man says “coil is bad, 840 bucks for labor to replace” Really?

Just be aware of what their warranty really is, and be prepared for the labor and “Freon charge” games on the back end. Poor product quality is ok for these folks to sell, they know they will make it up with labor and “air” charges..
do your homework on the unit they are selling you!

I use Chadds Ford CC for heating and ac work; this was my first time for their plumbing service. Sean at Chadds Ford Climate Control installed a new sump pump and de-humidifier. Sean was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. And, he has an awesome "hakuna matata" tattoo!
