Michael was friendly & patient, taking time to explain the problem & then showing me his completed work. He was respectful of my interior, being careful to cover his shoes before entering & took all his scraps/old parts with him. I appreciate that he worked with me on the price, which I felt was fair.

Mike was great. He came out and replaced the controller on our Generac generator, to fix a voltage regulator issue. His work was efficient and clean and fixed the problem first time. He also performed preventative maintenance to keep the unit in tip top shape, I can’t thank him enough!

There was a little confusion over the scheduled arrival time (a two hour window), so I was not there when Michael showed up. R&D worked with me and Michael came back about an hour later. He was great about the whole mixup and did a great job servicing our heating system.

R& D took our call and responded to our heat emergency over Christmas!!! Our tech, Mike B, was incredibly professional and courteous. We are really appreciative of the swift service we received on a holiday weekend.
