Mike was my technician. He was on time professional and took care of two systems that needed an evaluation and a damper that will eventually need a replacement. When a situation arose that needed the attention of the office it was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. First day in my brand new house and A/C compressor would not turn on. Michael B. first walked me through all the elements to check as a homeowner to troubleshoot things. Finding no obvious answer he opened the control panel and found a loose wire from the install. He reconnected it and gave me a rundown of all the features of my system and a list of general maintenance I can do to extend the life of the system. The whole time he was polite, professional, efficient, and friendly. My new home is now cool and comfortable. Thanks!
