Jeffrey was super charismatic and extremely helpful. Within 10 minutes of arriving he knew what needed to be replaced, and without any difficulties fixed my unit in incredible time. Very professional. Great work.

Our technician, Jeannie Carns was terrific. She took the time with us to explain each of the steps in R&D's Service. Very thorough in her work, making sure that the system was running in tip top condition, as it was on the day R&D installed it.

I came home from work Monday afternoon to a cold house (it was 11 degrees out). It was 40-something degrees inside. After troubleshooting the t-stat, I called 2 local companies. Neither "on call" technician called me back, even after calling their dispatchers at least 4 times. I set up camp on the sofa. About 4:30 AM, I called R&D. They sent their technician (Ryan) out that afternoon. He was totally professional and went out of his way to try and get my heat going. Unfortunately, the motor had shorted and fried the control board. Given the age of the unit, I decided it would be best to replace the unit. Before he left he told me that a service rep would be here the next morning to give me an estimate. The rep called me at about 8 AM and told me he was on the way. Showed up a half hour later, and gave an estimate that was actually less than I expected. They set up installation for day after tomorrow.
Update: Installation guys showed up on time, completed the job, no surprises.

I am a returning customer to R&D. What a pleasant surprise and great experience working with their new customer service rep Kimberly. I am a self proclaimed stickler for good results...and I was not disappointed. Scheduling, visit confirmation, timely reminders (without pressure) and work results for warranty work and regular HVAC maintenance exceeded expectations. It was a pleasure.

I needed to replace the heater and AC in my home 6 years ago and after getting quotes from 5 different HVAC companies, I went with R&D for the installation, Their price was the best and their technical sales person was by far the most knowledgeable of the 5 who quoted the job. The install was completed in 1 1/2 days and the system works like a champ. I also have a service contract with R&D and over the last 6 years, I have had 4-5 technicians perform the service and every one is well versed in the equipment design and operation and thorough in the system checks. I highly recommend R&D.

I asked R&D to come out because our house wasn't maintaining a good temp in the evenings.The technician was very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining what she was doing and why; however at the end of the day I ended up paying $301.50 (99 for visit, 150 for cleaning / hosing off our ac unit, and the rest was "15 minutes" of diagnostic time.) In the couple days since, nothing has been better. It's still too hot in here. Even if it is our air unit is fine and we need to address this problem in other ways (which I'm still not 100% convinced of), that was far too expensive.

Amazing / Phenomenal ... I lost the name of the individual who did the work. He was there pretty late & ensure all things are placed in tact and did the job very thoroughly. Poor guy did get a decent enough cut on his hand but he continued to work & got the job done. Thank you so much R & D Cooling for fixing the centralized humidifier for me.

The technician George was great. Took the time that he needed with diagnostics and a lot of patience to fix my air conditioner. Had a different company service it two years ago and they told me that I just needed to replace the whole unit. I will specifically request him for all my HVAC needs.
