Michael Bauers was far superior in his communication and client service to most other technicians we've had from several firms. He takes his time answering questions, seemed extremely competent and knowledgeable and I will request him from now on.

Mike was great. He explained what he was going to do and completed it quickly. I would like to have him as our technician in the future. The only issue I had was that I was told he would be here by 11:00. I had to call twice to confirm he was on his way. If he was going to be late, I would have liked to be notified and given an updated arrival time.

Mike was on time exactly as he stated he would be. He was very professional and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about air conditioning systems. He explained everything in detail as to what he did and the fact that we had the wrong size filter, and gave us the correct dimensions for it. he is an awesome asset to your company.

R&D has been providing exceptional service over the years as my system has required maintenance from time to time. Given their great track record with servicing my system, I chose to use them to install a new HVAC. They did a great job with the new install and provided great flexibility as we went through the scheduling process
