Michael was very knowledgeable and explained what the issue was and provided a solution to fix the problem. He was also very good about pointing out options to some other questions we had about modifying our filter and humidifier set up. Great service! R&D was the company that installed ductwork in our brand new house. Quickly after moving in we realized the system was "canning" when it turned on and off which sounded like thunder. Michael came out and fixed everything and now there is absolutely no noise. He was knowledgable, friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain several things to me. Would absolutely recommend asking for him.

R&D has been a flawless, reasonably priced, and extremely friendly provider for our home for many years now, helping with repairs, maintenance, and new installations. Today we smelt some gas in the basement and Tim F. was on the seen with a few short hours. After investigating he found two small problems, explained them in detail, and had them fixed quickly. He was also friendly and patient, as well as obviously very competent. Another great experience with a great company.
