Dibiase is fantastic. Kurt and Devon came to our home several times to help us think through some options given our upcoming home renovations. They were friendly, professional, highly qualified, and extremely thorough. They took time to really listen to our questions and offer their honest perspective based on their expertise. They were a great team and I would highly recommend either of them for any future HVAC consultation or service. I also worked with Bill was a wonderful, pleasant, and knowledgeable sales person. All in all they have great customer service and expertise, highly recommend!

I recently purchased my home and I wanted someone to come out and service my heater. I chose DiBiase Heating and Plumbing based on the online reviews. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician, Brian arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be done. I am very pleased with the job and the company and would not hesitate to refer them to family or friends.

We chose DiBiase HVAC to install our new Heat Pump and split system for several reasons: All of DiBiase technicians (from Sales through installation) were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Installation was done efficiently and quickly with little disruption to to our household and each worksite was cleaned up before they left. There were a few “bumps in the road”, but each was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

I’ve been using them for years to service and do preventive maintenance on my systems. Jim came by today and blew me away with his professionalism. He gave me recommendations on preventative measures I can take to reduce my cost of ownership and he even cleaned out my dryer vent without asking at no cost. That was above and beyond for me and I cannot express how much I appreciate the work DiBiase does for me. They’ve earned a customer for life.

This review is strictly base on the pricing and quoting practices of the company. The Technicians and customer service are fabulous (5 stars for both). Our furnace broke, company provided a repair quote worth several thousand dollars. Seemed ridiculous to us. We requested a second evaluation of the system and a repair quote. Second professional provided a quote that was more in line with part and labor prices. The repair was just a fraction of this companies quote. Furnace is working great.
Very disappointed with this discovery.

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company has the most competent employees. The technicians that come out to the house are extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the systems. We had to have both the heating/AC units as well as the heat pumps replaced.
The customer service that we have received from DIBiase regarding the installation of these systems was outstanding. I highly recommend this company for your heating/AC needs.

I only gave 3 stars because I needed to call them twice to get a problem resolved and was charged twice.
I called the first time because I smelled gas when my furnace was running. I decided to pay $129 for the yearly maintenance plan. They came out and checked everything and said everything was okay. A few weeks go by and I'm still smelling the gas. Called them again to inform them the problem was still there. They came out and checked everything again, but this time the problem was fixed but they still charged me $84.15. Does not seem fair.

Everyone from the first call to get an estimate to replace my aging HVAC system to scheduling the service once I settled on what unit I wanted was very professional and courteous. The installation team was punctual and very respectful. After our greeting they went right to work with the installation of both units. With the exception of my humidifier installation not being completed (was told it will be completed at a later date) due to the material necessary to complete it not being available, the installation appears very professional and orderly. Once completed, they cleaned up the area nicely before leaving. Verbal instruction for the thermostat was limited, written instruction concerning the 7 day programing of the unit were not provided, thank goodness for google.

I’ve had a maintenance contract with this company for 2 years. Besides having inflexible hours for working people, they try to sell you on things you don’t need. Most recently, they found a crack in my heat exchanger and made it sound urgent to replace my whole furnace at the cost of $8-10000. The sales person came out and gave me all the options … except one! No one checked the warranty of the heat exchanger. They just assumed that since the system was 16 years old it would be better to replace everything. Fortunately I decided to get a second opinion. Precision Air and Heating actually checked and found it was still under warranty requiring me to only pay labor costs to replace the heat exchanger. This saved me a lot of money and will extend the life of my existing furnace. Needless to say, I am now under contract with Precision Air.
