This was our first heater system check since we purchased during the covid outbreak; so it’s been a couple of years since the heater was installed. Jim (technician) was friendly, professional and very thorough. He explained what he would be doing and reviewed everything thoroughly once complete. He was very personable and easy to talk to. It was a very pleasant experience and would recommend Jim anytime!

Holy smokes we don’t have enough great things to say about DeBiase. Our heater broke not only Christmas Eve, but the coldest day of the year. They were able to call us and send someone out from 1-4pm. We got a text that our tech was on his way at 10am. Dan was friendly and helpful in diagnosing our problem and we didn’t pay an arm and a leg for not only a weekend service, but holiday as well. Our heater is not the usual one in which many companies we called straight up told us they couldn’t help us out. We have now decided to sign a one year contract with them because of the positive experience we had!! Thank you so much DeBiase!!!

I purchased a home last year with a HVAC system that was over 22 years old. When looking around for someone to quote and install a new system, Dibiase came highly recommended. After getting quotes from a few different companies I decided to go with them as they took the the time to discuss multiple options, listened to my concerns and addressed them and were extremely responsive to my multiple questions. They installed a brand new heat pump, ac unit and propane furnace. They also installed a new vent line into a previously unconditioned space and added dampers so that they system could function over two zones. The work was completed on time and was done very well. The system has been working extremely well and we have already realized significant savings. The follow up and maintenance checks over the past 8+ months have been great as well. I highly recommend this company.

We've been using DiBiase for a number of years and have always been happy with their complete HVAC service, from yearly maintenance and fixes to a complete replacement of my oil burner.

Recently Jim (service technician) came out for our yearly service call and we were very happy with not only his professionalism but he also took the time to explain things to us, even suggesting a humidifier for our setup. Thanks Jim.

Next day, all of a sudden our heat didn't work and it was around 40-50 degrees. DiBiase sent out Kurt and Devon who diagnosed the problem late that afternoon. Rather than come back the next day, they left my house (around 4:30) to go get a part and fix it that night. They were adamant about not leaving me and my wife without heat overnight. Now THAT is real customer service. They replaced the stuck valve and we started having good heat in the house.

I really appreciate DiBiase's service. They respect your time, your house and do what it takes to get the job done. I really appreciate the little touches like booties on the tech's shoes and text's about who our technician is (with picture) and a little personal information about them.

Jim, Kurt and Devon - thank you all. You guys are the reason we stick with DiBiase.
