Everything from ease and ability to request an appointment any time of day online (submitted request late one evening), response time (received a call 8am next day to schedule), availability of service dates and times, clarity (pricing) ahead of services (and I have to mention - kindness when communicating), to the actual service, communication about arrive time texts and actually arrive texts (safety), explanation of services and overall explanation of entire home heating/cooling system to a novice, to COVID safety standards ...more than 5 stars. Recommended to a family member immediately.

Very satisfied with our experience with DiBiase. The company’s excellent office staff let me know who my tech was (even going so far as to send me a photo ahead of his arrival), and via text and email kept me updated on precisely when he would arrive. Luis was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of my home, patiently answered every question I had (even when I had to ask more than once because I’d forgotten the answer), quoted accurate prices upfront, and recommended additional services given the state of our equipment, but wasn’t pushy or insistent. I’ve never known DiBiase to be especially cheap, but they always stand out as competent and trustworthy.

Easy to contact and schedule. Really thorough proposal with variety of options and suggestions for multiple ways of handling a problem. Fast and good quality installation. Great at following up and addressing any customer concerns. More expensive than some but definitely worth it.

Luis is the technician who services out HVAC systems we purchased through another “big name” company. They had terrible customer service. DiBiase is stellar in their operation.you receive text or email of a picture of the technician and they arrive within the set window. Always courteous and knowledgeable about our systems. Hindsight being 20/20 I wish we had purchased our systems through DiBiase.

Crews showed up on time, completed job on time, were professional, answered questions, and cleaned up work area at end of each work day. Service technician was able to troubleshoot and correct wiring issue same day they were contacted about the issue. Have recommended DiBiase to others.

I needed a new heat pump and the weather was getting warm. Joe DiBiase came over in a day and gave me a great quote. He fit me into the schedule and had a crew over a couple days later. Luis was amazing! He worked with my Home Warranty company to diagnose and work within their rules and regulations to get the job done quickly and correctly. Within 30 minutes my A/C was back up and running. Now we will have to wait and see if my Home Warranty Reimbursement gets paid that quickly.
