Kurt arrived right on time and was very professional. He explained exactly what the problem was in terms I could understand. (I had a contract with another company and half the time I had no idea what they were telling me and I think they just did it on purpose!) Kurt also showed me pictures of the problem. He was able to fix the issue right away. This visit could not have gone better and I felt the price was right. Their office staff is just so nice AND they call you right back. I could not be happier with them and wish I had gone with them 5 years ago!

Their technicians are always very respectful to be neat and wear boot covers when they enter the home. They always wear masks and are very knowledgeable. Barry was able to get everything done and gave me updates and let me know of any issues.

The technician that arrived for my service call was knowledgeable, easy-going, honest and helpful. I have an older HVAC system so the news I got unfortunately wasn't the best news...but the field tech scheduled a sales appointment for the same evening which was very convenient and I guess we'll see how the rest goes. Either way, so far so good!

Excellent service. I requested an appointed to get my upstairs A/C unit checked out, suspecting that it needed a recharge. I got a call back from Steve right away saying someone could come out in the afternoon between 2 and 4. Dan and Nate arrived shortly after 2 and checked it out. They were very friendly and professional. After taking a look they said the refrigerant was low and needed a charge. They gave me a estimate for the work which I agreed to and were able to finish the work quickly. Overall a very good experience.

Barry performed our bi-annual service on a rainy day. He checked the air handler performance, recalibrated the thermostat, and also examined all relays in the outside unit. He verified that all processes are working correctly, and spent time explaining what to look for in the future. As always, he did a good job and we appreciate his efforts.

We needed to have our furnace, water heater, and air conditioning unit replaced all at the same time. The employees arrived in the first 20 minutes of their appointment window. They came prepared with their own shoe booties and drop cloth to keep my house clean. Throughout the install they were also very open and honest about what was going on and was very knowledgeable with each product. I have a tight space where the water heater and furnace were going and they navigated it well without damaging my wall. Going with this company was a great decision. I highly recommend them.

Truly incredible, reliable and amazing service providers. DiBiase team always go extra mile to resolve the issues. I strongly recommend them!! Following is my real experience in last 7 months. Please bear with me on long notes, as I really wanted to explain how DiBiase team goes beyond their call of duty to resolve the issues. In the midst of hot summer in end of June my AC suddenly stopped delivering the cold air. I have approached DiBiase for repair service. Technician Luis arrived on-time and very courteous . He uncovered the issue quickly and patiently waited with me to update the home warranty guys as they wanted a real update on the issue from the authorized technician. I honestly appreciate Luis’s patience and knowledge as he was patient enough to wait ( I myself was getting impatient on 15 minutes on the call to reach someone from other side). Later he also explained me the cost of repair and also advised an option of getting on their service plan, that could save me some $ on the long run, even though it was little pricy for the current fix. I gave a green signal for him to fix the issue. As he was fixing, I was in dual mind like any first time customer thinking it is a kind of sales pitch! But believe me there was absolutely no pressure from his side. I deliberated for few minutes and agreed to get on their service plan. Which reduced me his service visit charge for the current visit, and also provided another tune up later in the year.
I was already a happy customer enjoying the cool air!. I got follow up call to schedule for tune up appointment but I pushed it thinking they’ll advise me to replace my age old unit. They stopped calling after the second call but I approached them and got my tune up scheduled in Nov. DiBiase technician Barry Peirs arrives on time and completes tune up. I was happy, but Barry does not appear to be convinced. He again started checking all over again. Though everything is working fine, he is seemingly not satisfied! He asks me about any earlier PECO visits or repair we have done etc. and my PECO usage. I said house is all electric and hence I am paying more etc. etc. But Barry was not convinced with my answer and saw something is seriously wrong and the unit is running on emergency mode for some reason and causing higher power consumption. He checked several times again but unfortunately could not get the root cause. Though I was convinced that the tune up is complete Barry was not appearing to be convinced. By then he was already running late for hi next appointment and said he will get back to me and follow up if necessary. I thanked him. With in next 10-15 mins Barry rings my bell again. As his next appointment got cancelled he wanted to investigate further. That was really so nice of him. After checking few more things, he confirms me something is really wrong that is causing my higher PECO bills. He said he’ll check at his side and comeback to us on his findings. I thanked him, said okay thinking this follow up may never happen. But I was wrong, soon within two days DiBiase office follows up with me sets up an appointment for further investigation. By then they have already covered their two visits part of the service plan, and willingly making their 3rd visit to find the root cause and solve the problem.

Next day Mr. Joe owner himself visits us and checks out certain things and realizes that we have not completed the setting of thermostat correctly. Though it was not part of his service scope, he looks into it and helped us to fix it. Due to the wrong thermostat setting I have done, my heat pump was always running on emergency mode taking higher power and causing me high PECO bills. Joe and DiBiase team was kind enough to find the root cause and fixing it for me by going beyond their scope of service. I truly admire their patience and customer focus. They always ensure true resolution to the problem taking extra mile. I honestly appreciate quality and value of their service, they are always go beyond to deliver real value to their customers.
