DiBiase was awesome! Extremely responsive and was able to schedule the day of. Our tech Shawn was incredible. Very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and provided excellent service! Couldn’t be happier.

Pleased with the knowledge and prompt service from the DiBiase tech Jim Loper. Explained what he was doing (installing surge protection and wet switch) and completed the work in about 30 mins.

The DiBiase Company kept me in the loop prior to their date and time of arrival.

Kurt arrived early which I loved and introduced himself and went right to work. He explained what he was doing and what steps I could take to make the system better.

We have been using DiBiase for a few years now and so does our son. We’ve always been very happy with their service. Louis Tenorio
has been out at my house at least four times over the past couple years . He goes over everything, there’s not a part on the furnace or the AC that he doesn’t check. He really knows his job.He’s very respectable and a great guy!

Kurt and his partner were on time, provided great service and made some suggestions regarding cleaning our unit between services as well as looking into a surge protector. Great job and will definitely use DiBiase again.

Barry came to my house to perform HVAC maintenance. He arrived on time, was friendly, and respectful of my home and property. After the service, he explained what he found and most importantly offered an honest recommendation; as opposed to every other company I've tried the past couple years. I've been rotating every year to try and find an honest company during these maintenance, and I think I've finally found one. I'll be sticking with this company for any future needs. Barry deserves recognition for being a great employee.

Technician arrived on time and performed a detail review of existing system. Provided a written quote for required repairs. Cost was a fraction of the quote provided by another service provider. A clear explication of the work required and why. Work was completed in a very professional manner. Overall, would highly recommend DiBiase. Will be moving the service agreement from current provider to DiBiase.

Great experience with DiBiase. They came out within an hour of calling and fixed the problem that evening. The technician was friendly. We have had a great experience with this company so far! Great customer service and the staff on the phone are always polite and pleasant to speak with.

The customer service department of Britney and Bill were easy to reach, responded quickly to my requests and we’re very professional.
The installation crew of Mike and Andrew were knowledgeable, courteous, on time and got the job done on schedule. They explained the maintenance of my system and answered all my questions info.
The pricing was right in my budget and financing was easily done.

Both the central air and ductless systems received their semi annual servicing today. Thanks to Brian we are now ready for a cool house during the upcoming hot summer.
