Jacob and his team replaced our water heater and ran a natural gas line to our new outdoor BBQ grill. They did an inspection for the work to be done and provided an estimate on the same day. The work order was very detailed. They came on time as scheduled to do the work a few days later. They were extremely efficient, professional and meticulous with their work. Shoemaker just completed a full replacement of our 20 year old HVAC system. They installed a Bosh AC/heat pump, Coleman furnace, UV light, and Ecobee 5 thermostat. I like how they worked with me to determine the best solution for our size home. Very professional and extremely detailed. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend their services!!!!!

Jacob and his team are amazing! They performed quality and professional work while installing our 2 ductless mini split systems along with re-wiring our entire basement for refinishing. The team was always on time and paid attention to detail. I would recommend their services to everyone.

Jacob was hired to swap out a new toilet/sink and valves for a bathroom. This project grew very quickly after determining the pipes to the toilet were full of holes, other plumbing and subfloor issues. He was FANTASTIC that he accommodated and adapted to the situation immediately! In a week, he was able to replace everything from subfloor to the entire room, reframe a wall, add additional plumbing, install a new tub/shower combo and even move the radiator for a better fit! This bathroom went from very ugly to BEAUTIFUL and now I have the piece of mind knowing the plumbing is top notch and the floor is now level :) 200% recommendations!

Jacob and his team do wonderful work all for thousands less than the big companies. Attention to detail is second to none! Highly recommended. Had a full furnace and air conditioner change out along with a tankless water heater & corresponding plumbing. House is much more comfortable!

The AC broke on the hottest day of the year. I called our regular service company, but their first available date was in 6 days. I know Jake from when he was a pro flat track racer and gave him a call. He was here that same evening and fixed the problem, straightened out some setup issues that I didn't know about, and gave the whole unit a general service and cleaning. He's now our "regular service company". He'll earn your highest rating as well!

Shoemaker Heating & Cooling installed a new gas furnace, and also repaired another older unit for our business. The installation was professionally executed, and the repair has been working flawlessly. We hope to work with them again on a complete new system when we move to a new facility. The advice we have received for this new system is far above that of any other bidders with regard to planning for efficiency and cost savings for the long-term.
