My water heater began leaking this morning so I called DiBiase and they sent Kurt over to diagnose the problem, which he did quickly and accurately. Then was able to get a replacement water heater for me that will be installed in 24hrs. Can't beat that. Thanks to all involved, real lifesavers.

Kurt was very professional and answered all of my questions. I'm very confident and happy about the work he performed repairing our HVAC system. From my initial call to DiBiase, they were very professional and responsive. Definitely a great experience.

Kurt from DiBiase really knows his stuff. I felt completely confident having him work on our ductless cooling system after he diagnosed the problem. He is super knowledgeable and experienced with these systems, plus he's a nice friendly guy. He and Barry got our broken system up and running again in no time. Would recommend them to anyone needing any work on their mini-splits. It's an expensive job but I felt better paying for it knowing we had an expert involved.

There was an issue with the thermostat. My previous work I had done was still under warranty , so I called DiBiase Heating. The woman that answer was an angel. She was very sweet and concerned with my call . Brian was sent same day , later in the afternoon, and he knew exactly what the issue was ..... there was nothing he had to figure out, he was knowledgeable and he fixed the issue . Very pleased with the service.

Brian was awesome. He quickly determined and fixed my problem. He also has tons of experience and answered all of my questions. DiBiase has always done great work for me - highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Excellent experience all around, all staff was professional, very, very knowledgeable, and the time between initial contact and completed installation was only a few days. Everyone on the team was able to address any questions that I had, and took the time to explain thoroughly.

Choose them over Horizon and have no regrets in anyway (better price and better service). The experience was wonderful and customer service was second to none. The assessment was super helpful in regards to helping me understand the cost and the process. The install crew were nice and did a great job cleaning up. Finally the quality assessment audit (review of the install a week after) was nice to have to go over all the loose ends and any final questions I would have.

Everyone I have dealt with at DiBiase has been a pleasure to work with. Barry explained everything he was doing and had done. Very thorough and professional.

I have had several HVAC companies over the years Dibiase is the best and the tech takes the time to thoroughly do his inspection. Other companies sent out rookies that rushed thru, didn't do a thorough inspection, was a basic money grab. Dibiase is solid and fair, exactly what you want when dealing with a company who is in your house and working on what keeps your family cool, and warm!!

The DiBiase team did a great (very timely and efficient) job installing my brand new, ductless A/C system. We have had it just about two months, and are very happy with it. Unfortunately, due to the recent Tropical Storm, there was some damage to a couple of my units related to a power surge/outage. The team was out the very next day to take a look and assist! They have been very responsive, and professional.
