Scott showed up and quickly diagnosed our issue. He traveled back to Bristol to fetch a part, and then he wrestled our problem to the ground. We're very impressed by Scott's knowledge and technical skill, his customer relationship style, and the intensity with which he atacks a problem.

Great techs who come out and service your heater but poor customer service. Some guy actually hung up on me after telling me they only had one tech on duty in JANUARY!! Waited 3 hours in freezing cold for a call back. The office people are great though.

This company is slimy. They said I need a whole new air conditner but they we're trying to get one over on me. I had another company come out and look at it and he said the unit was overcharged. And the filter was dirty. Harris comfort SUCKS!! I wouldn't give them 1 star but I have to give them something. Don't use these guys.

Scott was my technician today to have some central air ductwork relocated. As usual, he was extremely thorough. He has always gone above and beyond. It’s truly appreciated. Thank you.

My tech Jon D was simply outstanding with the work and service perform today at my home he clearly took the time and the patience to address my home generator and explain to me certain things pertaining to the generator also even cleaned up the previous oil that leaked from the first oil change on my generator so now it's up and running fine and everything is well taken care of and I thank him and Harris comfort for that service

First person I came in contact with from Harris comfort was Tom Christie.he explain to me what was needed for a total home back up generator.he did a great job and answered all my questions .so on Thursday I met the two installers Mike and Jake they did a great job on the installation of my generator and answered all 50 of my questions on the operation of the generator I would recommend Harris to anyone that is thinking about getting a home back up generator system.Billy Brown
