From the 1st phone call made to the company to inquire about a whole house generator to the day of installation I have nothing but great and nice things to say about my experience, the people that I dealt with, and the project all around. Lisa was the first person I was in contact with after scheduling an appt. for an estimate and layout of the plan. She was extremely friendly, bubbly, sweet, extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, understanding, and so very helpful and flexible. She made the process of the installation a seamless one and I can't thank her enough for getting back to me with each and every little question or concern I came up with. She is incredible at her job and being an expert at what she does, she still explains everything in a simple manner that makes it all so easy to understand to me, the customer. Tim and Chris were my installation guys, and as Lisa told me, they were excellent at what they do. They got there first thing in the morning and got right to work. They were so professional, even took out a small tree for us for no additional cost, so that our 2nd propane tank could go there. They worked so well together, and even though every single job for them is always a bit different (since every home has a bit of differences to say the least), they proved that there is no job that they can't tackle, with wonderful attitudes. They both worked all day, and didn't even rest for a lunch break! These guys are fantastic at what they do and I am so glad that they are the ones who did our installation, because it went so wonderfully and its just so nice to have constant peace of mind now...regarding any power outages that may come along. THANKYOU LISA, TIM & CHRIS--You all are AMAZING:)

Heath and Dan the two service field reps that came my house to install the new air conditioner and Furnace were GREAT they were on time professional and did a great job . Once they were done they explained everything to me and made sure everything worked correctly.
I would defiantly recommend Harris Comfort in quality of work and affordability . If needed in the future I will definitely use Harris Comfort again.

Received a letter from Generac regarding the need to inspect the fuel plenum on my generator. They suggested Harris Comfort. I called to set up an appointment and Jon D. surprisingly was sent within 2 hours. What a nice and professional and knowledgeable man. Was very helpful throughout the process. Answered many questions I had clearly. Also helped me with an unrelated air conditioning question. Provided more info than anyone else that I ever had here. And their quotes are not outrageous. Will definitely call them for my other issue.

I can't tell enough people how great my experience has been with Harris Comfort!! Ken Hoffstein was amazing!! He answered all my questions and completely put all my fears to rest. I have never been more confident with a renovation decision. Ken was available to answer all my questions no matter what time they came up. My installers (John & Karl) were beyond superb!! They were on time each day, wonderfully pleasant and so professional! I never had any concern with their work. I can't wait to do business with Harris again for central air units! I highly recommend this company!!

Harris Comfort - Josh B. was on time. Knew exactly what to test for and replaced the defective part. Really happy with the service at Harris Comfort. Bought the very affordable service maintenance plan which I believe is a very good deal. One of the best run companies I have dealt with.

Harris Comfort supplied and installed our new whole house generator. It began with an internet search for a local installer. From my first phone call to Harris Comfort, all the way to installation, and beyond, I can say that Harris Comfort truly exceeded my expectations. Tom is a pro! He checked out the appliances at our home to estimate the power output needed to cover all the appliances. He even explained the procedure to upgrade the gas supply line, which, by the way, is a free service from PECO. They supplied the newest model of 22 KVA Generac that has the WiFi and other features we didn't even know about. It was easy to work out the installation schedule with Harris' scheduling team. We are completely satisfied with Harris Comfort.

Troy was our tech. Troy was GREAT! I loved that he explained stuff to us. From the service programs they have to what he was doing to our equipment. As well, he took a lot of pride in what he was doing. Very courteous and respectful of our home. We hope to get Troy in the future.

I love Harris, from the people who answer the phone to the man who calls me the night before to remind me to open my garage door for an oil delivery. They are experts at what they do, they include me in all conversations about what's going on. Just a great business, a great group of people!

Oil heating rates do not change daily. They are the best rates around. They have excellent customer service!! I am the most difficult person to deal with, I will argue with you about this until we turn blue! Call reps and the ever so hard working Lisa were extremely accommodating!! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I am so happy I found this company!! And not to mention no one services my area in Bensalem/Trevose expect expensive automatic delivery companies; Petro and hop.

This company is AWFUL! They have no respect for their customers. We had them for 18 years at our original house and had no trouble but almost 3 years ago we moved to a new house less than a mile away and its been nothing but trouble! Most recently our heater stopped working about three weeks ago. We called them out on a Sunday to repair it. From the moment the serviceman walked in the door he was unhelpful, and kept trying to tell us that we didn’t have a contract with them, then claimed he had never seen our heater, then said he had to call a manager to check if we had a contract, excuse after excuse! We did have a contract, he just didn’t want to do the work. We took in several cats for a friend for a month or so who due to stress of change wrecked our dining room off of our kitchen and since the heater is in the kitchen he called the manager and claimed it was too dangerous for him to do the repair. A man we believe was the owner came out to look and took 3 seconds and said he wouldn't make any of his men be in the house until we cleaned it up. While we weren't happy since it had nothing to do with what we needed him for we didnt complain and said we would get it done and call them back later that day. We spent several hours cleaning the house focusing extra hard on the kitchen and dining room until they were spotless and sent pictures showing that it was all spotless and asked them to come back... no answer. Called and scheduled a repairman with the receptionist (always lovely ladies no issues with them) We finally got a call from a different service man who said he would come out since the pictures looked fine to him but that the owner had forbidden anyone to come out to us until the house was professionally cleaned top to bottom. Meanwhile we have no heat in the dead of winter! We got another company to come out and do the necessary repair, not a single issue with them. I guess the house wasn’t a danger to people who actually wanted to work. Now we are looking at setting up a contract with a different company we just were waiting a month or so until we had more money after what we spent on the repair. Unfortunately tonight we ran out of Oil. As much as we hated calling them we gave in and called Harris again to get someone out to put Oil in our tank. No one even had to come into the house! Not that it would matter since its still clean! But we again were told that the ban still applies and they aren’t allowed to send anyone out to put oil in our tank either! Id love to see the house of the service tech and owner because it better be nothing short of immaculate to give them the right to deny service to a family’s only source of heat in the dead of winter for no good reason!
