The service received was very good however they delivered oil to my house today without contacting me with a new contract. I understand that it was a "contract" but they haven't filled my tank in months. I called to cancel my service and was informed that I will be responsible for the fill up total. Needless to say, I am unhappy with their flexibility. There current rate is extremely expensive. Their lack of flexibility is disturbing and I do not recommend them to anyone. My suggestions to new customers of oil heating systems, do not sign up for an annual contract. Research several options and cost.

The service we received was excellent from Tom, Josh and Chris. Living in the middle house of a tri-plex created quite an engineering challenge for this team. These guys have been servicing my home since I've moved to Bristol. I got my central air unit and thermostat replaced through them and they did a marvelous job. They really are an ideal model for what a good small business should be. It doesn't hurt that the office staff are so pleasant when I stop in either.

Contacted Harris Comfort for quotation on Generator and Humidifier installation. Tom C stopped by my house and he was very nice to talk to. He provided quotation on generator (~$11 grand on 22kv generac) and humidifer (~$2750 on Aprailare 800 install) separately. Both the generator and humidifer quotation were on the higher side compared to others. The quotation was very high on the generator compared to other supllier (almost ~$2000 difference) in the area. I asked him to match or come close to the other supplier but he refused, which is totally understandble. I decided to go with another supplier for generator and ask Tom to just do the humidifier install. Got a reply from him that they don't want to do humidifer install now. Very unprofessional of him and Harris comfort.

Woke up this morning with no hot water. Called Harris immediately. A technician came out within 45 minutes of my call, diagnosed and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Super friendly staff, prompt and reliable service. Highly recommended!
