Harris Comfort

This company is slimy. I stopped automatic delivery last year, they still delivered, and there was an invoice left in my mailbox (illegal). Argued with the owner via email (and the customer service lady via phone) and he assured me he put a stop auto delivery on my account.

I came home today to an invoice in my mailbox! They did it again!! I did NOT order oil and they delivered heating oil at the end of April! What kind of crap are these people pulling??

Too bad I can't give ZERO STARS. Harris Oil is overpriced and their business ethics are crap.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON... They have shady business practices and only care about money.

The technician was very professional and knew exactly how to fix our problem. He explained everything he did clearly, and is the type of technician every company should employ. Thanks to Harris for their consistent high quality of workers.

I have been dealing with Harris Fuel for 30 years + now and very glad to be a customer. Service/Techs are great, their advice is always sound, and oil prices are "oil prices" . . . just that. Some of my family members deal with Meenan Oil and they have not had the positive experience I have had through the years.

been customer for four years , we just recently had a newborn and fell behind the last three months, we owe like 550 dollars most of which is 160 dollars of finance charges and under use charge of 75 dollars.so actually fuel charge was less then 100 dollar . they decide to take our full tank(which is 239 dollars of total) with a newborn in the house, with only propane means of heat as of right now. supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. sad to know their are people who dont care about the customers, only money!!!!!!

Everyone at Harris has been polite, informative and responsible. Always on time, and never too busy to answer questions.

Harris Comfort installed a nice Generac for my home back in March. Very good professional service.

Within 2 hours of calling on New Years Eve we had an engineer at our home. Not only was the problem fixed very quickly but the price was fair. Great service, thank you!

Scott is a very good technician. He serviced our A/C unit, both on the roof and in our condo. Answered several question I had with a good knowledge of the system. Hope that he is assigned to us in the future.

Excellent service. Mr. Harris sent a truck to fill up our tank for our pool right before we moved, and they did on a day that they weren't filling tanks so my family could enjoy the last days of our pool.
