We had a very good overall experience in our first time dealing with Harris. From Tom's initial meeting and proposal through working with Doug to get to get the Mobile Link for our new Generator set up on line, we only had one glitch which was promptly remedied the same day as the final installation. The installers did a very good job and were careful not to disturb our newly graded and seeded lawn area near the generator. They were neat, efficient and communicated well with us. Other than a misconnected wire, it was a very smooth operation and we are pleased with that service. Have already mentioned your company to a couple of my friends considering a new generator.

My experience with Harris Comfort has been exceptional in every way. Today I had my two unit AC system serviced. Although routine, Jon D was very thorough, patiently and expertly answered my questions, and checked out each of my concerns. He even demonstrated the correct operation of the humidifier which I had not known. I am very pleased with Jon's service and commend him to Harris management.

Lisa was a very competent Salesperson who followed up on my inquiries and promptly answered any questions about the Generac generator. Upon installation the Harris crew did a nice clean installation and provided me with necessary information and documentation.

Probably the worst company in the area. I called last night with a HVAC emergency (the website says 24hrs) but was told this is only for paying customers on contract). I asked if there was any way to make an exception as we are in the middle of the summer, with younger kids and animals, I was told no and someone would follow up with me in the morning (today). It is now 5:45 and I call back as no one called and it is still having issues. I told the next representative the issue and that no one called me which he told me the earliest they could come out is tomorrow, another day of it not working. There was no remorse or empathy and now I am stuck again looking for help. When I told him I wanted to look elsewhere because of my experience and the representative disconnected the phone. Not worth the hassle or headache.

Since Hurricane Floyd, we’ve been flooded 4 or 5 times. And every time, after our basement was dry, I would call Harris. They would be out in 24 hours. They evaluate by situation, suggest what I would need to get by oil burner up and running. Sometimes I had to replace the whole heating unit, and sometimes just the burner. They would be out the next day with a new heater or the parts, and I would have heat and hot Water by the end of the day. Ever time for over 20 years, what else could you ask for?

The reason that we selected Harris to install our generator (we interviewed three other companies) was the knowledge that Tom Christie displayed regarding the product, process and expertise that the Harris team could provide us. Tom took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and instilled confidence in him and the company he represented.
We were extremely impressed with the team from Harris that installed our generator, which included Mike Hornstein as the team leader supported by Jake and Ryan (as well as Jamie who executed the scheduling). All of the team members were very courteous and professional as well as exceptionally efficient. During the installation they had to work in muddy conditions and took extra care to disturb the lawn as little as possible (which they successfully accomplished, despite digging to bury the cable) and were very conscientious about wearing “booties” over their shoes when they entered the house in order to keep it clean. Throughout the day they maintained focus and attention to details.
They were also very kind and caring individuals. The team completed their job earlier than expected, and my wife (who contracted with Harris for the job) was not yet home to learn about the generator operation. Rather than simply explain it to me and be able to leave early, Mike insisted that they reschedule their lunch time so they could return when my wife was present. This level of customer service (and human kindness) was greatly appreciated.
We highly recommend Harris to anyone interested in installing a generator.

Most recent superlative service from Harris: Installation of a 24kw Generac generator system!

I have enjoyed super maintenance service, equipment installation and delivery of quality heating fuels from Harris Comfort in Bristol for over twenty years. Their products/services have been utilized in three personal homes and two rental properties, always protected by the faithful Harris Service Plans and maintained by their lightning fast service representatives. Their installations, along with the new Generac 24kw include: a new natural gas heater boiler, full house Air Conditioning and a reinstallation of an oil Summer/Winter mid-boiler Hot Water heating system which another so-called oil service company had installed backwards! My wife and daughters finally had sufficient hot water only due to the alert discovery of the deficient system by the Harris technical representative.

I have highly recommended Harris Comfort as the best in Bucks County to many of my friends, business acquaintances and tenants who have then benefited from their excellent products and services.

After researching many companies to install a HVAC unit into my house, I picked Harris. The sales person that came out quoted me on the spot and was very knowledgeable and personable. I was looking for a Trane heat pump which they carried. They did not try to up sell me on the most expensive units like other suppliers and quoted me one that was the proper fit for my home square footage.

When the two technicians came for the install, they laid down sheets to protect my carpets. They were very meticulous on every detail including putting the condensation outlet hose to the outside. The previous setup had it going into the side of the floating slap in the basement. They also made provisions during the wiring to the unit to make it easy if I ever wanted to install a house electric backup generator. They absolutely did not cut corners. The job was 100% installed right. The most important to me is trust, cost, and very good installation. Harris had it all.

Jamie was helpful and and could not have been more accommodating.
The crew that installed my boiler , Frank & Frank could not been more pleasant and watching them was like watching artists.
The whole experience was painless , Harris HR dept has done a.good job with hiring these guys.
