We were extremely satisfied beginning with Lisa Kruse who helped us make decisions about purchasing a Generac whole house generator. We met with four companies and learned more from Lisa. She also had the best ideas for placement. Our installers were courteous, efficient, informed, and helpful. Even the electrician was top notch. Thanks to the installation team and Harris Comfort.

Harris Comfort has a top notch team that made the entire experience from diagnosis of issues, to recommendation of a replacement HVAC system, to securing the best available financing and most important through the entire 1-day installation process and the warranty registration paperwork. The entire team (John, Charlie and Jamie) raised the bar of professionalism, far exceeding our prior experience with other local HVAC providers.

Our generator was installed by Harris Comfort in 2018 and has worked very well. Every person we have worked with from sales and installation to servicemen have been knowledgeable, skilled ,courteous and cooperative. Last week Jon D. changed our oil and caught a potential problem. He also spent time thoroughly answering questions and teaching me more about our generator. We appreciate working with Harris and their professionals.

Everybody dreads an emergency situation with their heater. Harris Comfort's team helped me through our emergency. They rushed to get a new heater ordered and installed. They arrived on time. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. They were all kind and considerate. I have been using them for years for oil delivery and maintenance. I plan to continue using them for all our HVAC needs.

From our initial phone call, to meeting, to planning and choosing the appropriate generator to installing a whole house generator they were a pleasure to deal with. There have been several power outages in our area since our generator was installed but within seconds, it comes on, so there is almost a seamless return to power. The generator manufacturer (Generac) referred Harris to us. We would gladly refer them to anyone looking for a generator. Because we have oil heat, we needed to have propane tanks installed and propane delivered. This too went smoothly. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

The installation crew showed up right on time and were very pleasant and respectful. They were very thorough in their work, cleaned up upon completion and explained what to look for on our new whole house generator. This was an excellent experience throughout.

Purchased a generator from Harris. Called on Tom Christie, who was a very good business acquaintance. He responded to me very quickly. He came out to our home, surveyed our property and turned around a very detailed professional quote in a super timely manner. On installation day, the crew that came out arrived promptly at 7:30am and stayed focused the entire time inside and out. They also answered our questions and were very patient with us. I couldn't ask for a more smooth process from beginning to end. As note, we lost power Christmas Eve and the generator went on without a hitch, so it got tested very shortly after installation. Very mixed on service Have remote meter monitoring propane levels. Installed by Harris Not informed. When called was told by Denise that Harris owns the propane tanks and as such can do what they want to them
Back up generator has not worked past few storms. Mandatory service contract only covers oil change do not only do they come out after the storm is over while we sit with no power we had to pay $300 service visit charge for a loose relay switch. Have used Harris for several years but may switch as the personal service has declined in the past couple of years

We recently had a generic all house generator installed, the process was very easy from Lisa coming to visit and explaining the process, to the electrician coming to do the electrical work,and at that time we had our electrical panel updated,to the generator being installed the service was excellent.

Have been with Harris since 1960s. Excellent service. Have never run out of oil, calls for service are all but immediate, installation of a new burner went without a problem. Decided to install a generator last year and thank goodness we did. Harris techs showed us that our electrical service was seriously out-dated, preventing an imminent fire hazard. Reliable, friendly, professional service!
