I had heater broke during winter and I had to call this company. It was emergency and they charged my $149 to come and look the issue. Dan was the guy from this company. He was very nice man. He explained the issue thoroughly to me. He is definitely knowledgeable person. Inducer motor gone bad and that's why heater is not working. So I had to wait till Monday to get a quote to fix. But the quote was $550 which was ridiculously high. The representative from the company told me that it will be 3hrs work. So I ordered inducer motor online and I paid $150 and I replace the part by myself and it took only 15 mins to replace. I definitely not recommend anybody to this company. Either they don't know what they are going to change or they charge very high rate. I would have rate 1 start but I put 3 start only because of Dan.

Jan did a great job of setting up service and met time commitment. Jan followed up with an email with picture of service provider. Bill then arrived within time and provided services as needed. He identified and fixed a problem within moments. A job well done.

Meisner Services has been my go to HVAC & electric company for the past 3 years. Their response to my varied service calls has always been timely and the jobs have been completed efficiently. Their technicians are personable and respectful. I highly recommend Meisner Services.

Brian and Sam did a great job. Professional and courteous. They explained what they were going to do and rechecked with us about placement before installing the units.

Sam cleaned out my oil boiler which hadn't been serviced in many years. He showed me the (very degraded) state of several parts of the system which I found very helpful in understanding its maintenance.
