I am so thankful for Ellen and Sam, both Meisener employees. The day before Thanksgiving, my furnace stopped working which meant no heat with a frigid forecast. I called Meisener and explained the situation. Ellen was very understanding and helpful and got me an appointment the same day. Sam arrived and was very meticulous and thorough and was able to diagnose the problem and answering all my questions. He replaced a part and restored my heat. Definitely recommend Meisener!
