Jan is in the office and is always pleasant and I think she is very efficient
My technician was knowledgable and was on time and I have had 3 other companies at my home and Meisner is by far the best.

Great process...called to let me know technician on his way, followed by email with photos of the team and Bill was great...explained everything he did and what follow-up was needed.

Very unhappy with their customer service. I s/w office staff on 7/9 and never got a call back. I called again a week later, was told the woman I needed to speak to was a lunch and would call me back. Well, today marks 11 days later with no call from them. Crappy way to treat customers!

Sam did a great job finding the cause of the air condition not working correctly. Will use again and highly recommend

First-rate, prompt service, John explained the process well, and the installers did an excellent job in explaining the new system, and left the premises in great condition.
