Tony quickly diagnosed what the AC noise was coming from the attic & addressed it quickly. This company is 24/7 so after calling on a Saturday, Tony came out first thing Sunday morning. I highly recommend Meisner Services for AC issues.

Sam came out after hours to service our AC which had broken during the day when we were at work. He had identified and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes, excellent service! We will use this company again and refer them to our local friends!

We had no heat working as of 3am with a 2 year-old and a newborn at home. The outside winter temperature was 6 degrees. Soon after my initial call requesting service, Brian called and kindly explained the rates and asked me some questions to get an idea of what the problem may be. With one job before mine, he was at our home by 6am. He quickly addressed the issue (luckily it was an easy fix) and didn’t charge extra for the simple repair. Brian explained and showed me what the problem was. He also provided me a sample service plan, without pressure, in case I am interested in setting one up in the future. I am very happy with the prompt service my family received in what could have been a really rough situation.

Brian and Tommy were very polite and professional. Willing to answer any questions if you had any. Communication before they arrived and an approximate arrival time was given.

I use Meisner Services for my home and business HVAC needs. We have had regular preventative maintenance, repairs, and full install of two new units at Cold Nose Lodge.
The staff is always professional and courteous, and the job is done well. They even clean up after themselves, which is a great plus. I highly recommend Meisner Services.

We contacted Meisner over our gas furnace not working properly and water leaking in the basement. Sam responded and eventually had our heat working. A few weeks later we had a number of follow-up questions to ask Sam in order to properly maintain our system. And or update it. I have been calling them all week and asking them to have Sam call me. As of Today November 17th, 2019 I have not been called back. You would think after charging us over $520 for about 2 hours during the night, we can atleast get a phone call for a follow up.

Had called meisners for an estimate to replace older units talked to Jan whom was very nice an set up appointment quit quickly. Then John stopped by an was very helpful an informative about the new units an very nice to talk to an knew his stuff so all in all it was a good experience to work with them both thank you an happy holidays to meisner services

Sam was on time and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing and helped solve a potential problem because of his experience. I really appreciate the great preventative service call.

Had an air-conditioning service done on 6/28/17 and was incredibly pleased with Jan's coordination efforts at the shop, as well as the technician's expertise and customer service once he arrived. They were both very helpful, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed of the entire process. Great people, great company!
