I'm always pleased with Tommy's work. He's efficient and very customer oriented.

Brian was our Tech who came out to fix a problem we had with our AC UNIT not blowing out cold air. Brian was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient. He is a great asset to the company he works for.

Brian came out to service our HVAC system today and was great! He was prompt, professional and clearly explained everything to me. He really listened to my questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I highly recommend Meisner Services and Brian!

My technician Sam was scheduled to arrive from 11-2 and was here at 10:45. He was very helpful and walked me through everything he was doing and answered my questions thoroughly. Came in and immediately got to work, diagnosing the issue with my furnace immediately. Was very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone. Worked with several other servicing companies and was unsatisfied. Will be using Meisner going forward.

I've been dealing with a Meisner Services for about 10 years. They put in our first and only heat pump/AC. They did a great job removing big old clunky radiators. They seamlessly ran air ducts throughout our old house.....all good.
They have been servicing above mention system for these past 10 years, in fact, 2 men, Sam and John, have become friends thru their annual service work.
A week ago,our 24 year old oil boiler died. Also serviced by Meisner, after several quotes for replacement,( 5 ), again, Meisner came back with the best suggested replacement at the best price!
Although John, our familiar face was in and out of our house 3 times the day of installation, the two guys actually installing it were clean, respectful, friendly, and professional..
I think their names were Brian and Greg......
Great job guys, and as directed, we'll call you if we have any problems.
Can't recommend these guys enough........ and No, I don't know the owner or anyone in the company.

I take the time to write this because as a small business owner myself, anonymous negative comments flow easily, serious positive comments come hard!

Thank you Meisner Services!!!! It was September 4th; Labor Day Weekend and my elderly father’s air conditioning stopped working. I called his regular service team and it went to voicemail, no response from them!!! I called Meisner and immediately received a call back, and was very helpful on the phone. They had someone out to his home that day, when they said. The service tech was a great guy and very competent. He completed the job when he was there and the price for the repair was surprisingly less than I expected. As I live in a different state than my father, I have since called Meisner Services and have contracted with them for their yearly service plan. Great peace of mind for me!
I am recommending them to my family and friends!!!

Sam is the most proficient technician in my experience. He shares his knowledge along with what he finds in an understandable way. He is also very personable and treats his customers like family.
Even though I have never met Jan in person, her phone manner is perfect.
I especially like the fact that pictures are sent via email to let customers see who they are dealing with & whom to expect at the door.
For these reasons & many more I will continue to use Meisner services exclusively.

I had *8* different heating companies come out to look at my home. I finally got answers to my problem with Meisner Services. John was very patient with all my questions, explained things well, was honest and upfront in his dealings with me, and professional. Greg and Brian came out today to switch out my heat pump for one that will perform better in lower temperatures, and I received the same quality of care from them -- patient, honest, professional. They cleaned up after their mess, made sure everything was complete and all questions answered before they left, were prompt and efficient. I am very thankful for the service I received from this company! Thank you guys!

I had an awful experience with a fire at my home. The smoke caused my furnace to quit. I don't play with gas. I called Meisner Services. I had used them before. Brian came out Saturday evening 10/25 and relit my pilot. He is wonderful!! I decided to do with a maintenance service and Brian came out today to clean her up for the winter season. I'm very happy with the results and service I received. I'd like to keep Brian as my guy for service!! Thank you!!
