Our water heater failed last year. He was available the next day and did the whole job in a few hours. It's about 9 months later and the new hot water heater is working perfectly. We're very happy.

We had a leaking hose pipe in the basement and a leaking kitchen sink faucet that needed to be repaired. Ty was able to fit us into his schedule for the same week. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely friendly and professional! He clearly explained what was needed for each repair and was able to supply an estimate right away. He had everything fixed within a few hours. We weren't expecting to replace our kitchen sink faucet so I appreciated the time he took to make sure he picked up something we liked from the store. I highly recommend Ty and will definitely be hiring him again for future projects!

I left a very negative review for this company. The response I received from the company was professional, caring, and appropriate. My review was indeed posted to the incorrect Integrity company. I want to express my sincere apology. We are local to Allentown and if allowed to select a replacement vendor we will submit our preference with AHS. The company that was meant to be reviewed so poorly was Integrity Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. in Mt. Pocono.

We needed our dryer vent installed in our basement, along with the electric outlet. Ty was punctual, he did exactly what he said he would do. He brought the materials and made it very easy for us. His work is neat, and he cleaned up afterwards. We definitely will call him again for our next project, install our new dishwasher line. Thanks Ty!

Ty came out promptly within 2 days of contacting him. He solved my no AC problem with my heat pump quickly during a fairly hot summer. The air handler fan in the attic was still working but no cold air. Ty figured the outside compressor breaker had tripped which I wouldn't have guessed. We now have cold air again! He also checked over my system including the refrigerant levels & gave recommendations for the future heating & cooling needs and also fixed a leaking outside spigot. I will definitely use Ty again for various needs in my home. Thanks.

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. On August 28, 2021 they first contacted me to state they would come out and evaluate the crack in my furnace, could possibly be “red tagged”. Told us to get Carbon Monoxide detectors “just in case”. It is February 2022 and they have not responded to my request nor have they responded to American Home Shield. Do not trust anything they have to say. Do not trust any repairs they tell you are completed.
