Total Home Comfort HVAC

I would give this business zero stars if I could because they totally left me and my family in the dead cold.
I just bought and moved into my and it has oil heating, after fill my heating tank for the first time I learned that that tank had a leak, this shouldn't have been the case and I contacted total home comfort because they were the last one to have serviced this tank before me purchasing the home and should have caught this leak when inspecting it.
The technician who say he personally serviced my furnace say how the leak wasn't there when he serviced it and how he'll work with me on replacing the leaking tank. Its been 2 months since then and he has continuously dodged and ignored my calls and now the tank is completely out of fule and I'm forced to heat my home with electric heating.
The technician name is Elias and it seemed that from the beginning he had no interest in working with me and all of the companies numbers direct to his phone. Terrible.

Elias and his technician were very friendly and professional. We had our entire furnace replaced in addition to having central air installed in our 80 year old home. The new unit looks great and I appreciate the meticulous clean-up and attention to detail. Elias took time to walk around to show all of the updates, how to operate the new systems and thermostat and we are certainly enjoying the upgrades!

Elias and the other technician were professional and excellent workers. They came in, took care of business and didn't waste any time. They cleaned up after themselves as well. Excellent service and workmanship. I would recommend THC hvac to anyone.
