They provided a reasonable price, explained what they were doing each step of the way and listened to my input. They even befriended our dog and took time to play with him each day they were there. Highly recommend this crew!

I moved into a house in Palmer Township with a Bryant Heat Pump. For the past three years, I’ve have it checked every six months ( Spring & Fall) as preventive maintenance. I was lucky to find such a professional company since they took out an oil burner & replaced it with a gas unit in my other house on South Side of Easton. Removed the oil tanks & tubed the chimney for gas! The Crew of workers were so nice & did an excellent job. When the Easton inspector came ( when I was selling the house) he commented: whoever did this work did a excellent job !” I am confident I have the perfect company to call & want to share this with you. ICS Heating & Cooling was on the recommended HVAC contractor list for PP&L back in the day! I worked for PP&L and we recommended them all the time because we knew the customer would be satisfied the first time and never call us back. They were great then and even better now - I had an issue with my heat pump and they were able to cover the great majority of the work under the warranty which I thought had run out. So thank you for doing a great job and if I didn't retire I still would be recommending ICS Heating & Cooling - they're the best!!

What a positive experience from the moment I called and talked to Jody in the office to schedule to the time when Dave the tech came and checked my heater. Everything went as planned and they both were exceptional in their customer service interactions. I would highly recommend them.

Our 40 year old Bryant boiler/furnace stopped heating one night. We assumed due to it's age that it would need to be replaced. We called ICS and even with a full schedule they were able to visit the same day. It turns out the circulator pump had gone bad. I could not believe it but the techs had a replacement pump in the truck! They had it installed in less than an hour and the heat is now working even better than before.
