Brian just left our house after a winter maintenance visit for our heat pump. He is friendly but more important, he is competent, professional, and courteous. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was busy the entire time he was here. We have used Meisner for several years and have NEVER been disappointed. Brian, our technician, was an expert in air conditioning repair and answered all of our questions clearly. He located the precise source of a refrigerant leak and gave us options on how to solve the problem. He was not like other companies we have dealt with who wanted you to replace the entire system. We received two estimates for the two different solutions and we chose the one that involved replacing the condenser coil in the main unit. He had to order the part and a couple of days later returned to install it and retest the system. He was terrific and professional at every step and always smiled. I highly recommend Brain and Meisner services who done work for us several times now.

Sam, my service rep, was AMAZING. A great guy, came in 15 MINUTES during an emergency request. He answered questions and gave me a stellar experience. What I didn't like was company oriented. Its fee for an emergency of $99. You are punished for ACCIDENTS. That's awful when creating company loyalty. Then a base of $135. So $235 dollars for an issue that is pretty typical and not preventable (a blown capacitor). We had a previous company service our system but the owner became ill and no longer could run his company. We had a very clean and well maintained system that Sam said was in very good condition with fluids at good levels. We tried Meisner as it had a record of great customer service ( which I agree with). I would love to see Sam again but I think when I look to update my system I will go with another company with comparable service but more affordable pricing.
