Brian was excellent! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with him and the whole Meisner team. Brian worked a very long day replacing my HVAC unit and furnace. When I commented on his long hours, he told me it’s important to him and his colleague to do things right. I appreciated that. Brian took the time to set and then teach me how to use my thermostat even though he had just worked a very long shift. Thank you Brian!

We had an issue with our boiler not kicking on this morning, this is the 2nd time I had to call Meisner Services for 2 separate issues with the heating unit. I called about 5:30 am, a tech called me right back and said the office would call me when they opened at 7am and schedule an appointment. I did get a call from Jan @ 7am and Brian was at my door to look at the boiler within about 15 minutes. He knew I had to leave for work and had the boiler diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour! Brian was great, he went over different service plan options and was very personable and professional. Having no heat when the forecast shows temps dipping down to 6 degrees is incredibly stressful, to have Brian at my door , a warm house and still being able to get to work on time was amazing!

Brian and Ron were professional, courteous, and always informative. The work was completed in only 1.5 days! Everything was thoroughly explained to us when the job was completed; my husband and I are thoroughly pleased with our new heating unit and Meisner Services. Thank you to both Brian and Ron!!

Great communication. John showed up right on time. I was expecting we needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs, but John did a thorough evaluation and only recommended a small fix. Seems very trustworthy to not go with my assumptions and recommend unnecessary work. Very professional throughout the interaction. I will use this company again in the future.

They were great to deal with, I was able to schedule a service appointment quickly. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule. Sam the service technician was very professional, he explained everything he did, I even learned a few things about my HVAC equipment. I will be using Meisner Services in the future for any of my HVAC needs.

We needed an old ac unit replaced. We called multiple HVAC electricians and companies for quotes. John was very straight forward, he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and gave us the best price for the same units other companies were quoting us for. When it came time for the technicians (Brian and Sam) to come, they arrived on time, allowed myself to take an ear temperature (being that we are still dealing with COVID), they wore masks and gloves (which I told them the gloves we not necessary). Very nice men and were respectful with putting on boot covers every time they entered our home. I will definitely use this company again.

Tony and Brian did an awesome job replacing out heat pump. They completed the job professionally and efficiently. They removed the old system, installed the new system and checked both the AC and heating systems in under 6 hours. Considering this was accomplished in a an all day rain storm I was truly impressed. I would recommend them to everyone.

Brian, Sam and Cody were able to quickly diagnose the problem with our humidifier system and repair it. They were courteous, professional and we couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommend.

Great company!! Highly recommend. A very positive experience with everyone involved in putting central ac in my home. Jan in the office was very pleasant to deal with.
