I had an AC installed a year ago. I have called multiple times to have information sent and have not received it. Over the past 2 months I have been promised a return call to address my question and perform the 1 year checkup. I have yet to receive a return call. I am beyond disappointed in this company!!!

I called for a water emergency, they promised a call back from a tech. which never happened. Then when I followed up 19 hours later, I was told that they could not get anybody out there for a few days..Left with no hot water. Had they have told me this on the initial call, I would have spent the extra $80.00 at another company to have my water heater fixed. Went the weekend without hot water.
**Update...This company replied to my post (see below) stating that they want to make things right and that I should call. I did call, No one responded....The feeling I get is that they were just trying to "Make nice" on a review they were not happy with.

The service tech they sent was Joshua Vrabel. He did a very thorough job and informed us of every issue with our furnace, its cost. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He took the time to instruct us on the maintenance of our system to prevent future issues.

Very knowledgable service man. Very neat.

The guys are all good and know what they are doing.

Annual A/C service - Technician was on time, super polite, informative and efficient. Made suggestions without being too pushy. Appreciated his input.

They also replaced my electrical panel. So professional from scheduling to installation. The installers were so nice. Overall more than 5 stars.

Both gentlemen today are great!!
Dillan was very knowledgeable about our furnace.
Forgot 2nd gentlemans name he was very helpful
W/Dillan getting parts n cleaning parts for the job.

Dylan Smith was an excellent technician. We will ask for him again for future visits and use Haller for all of our HVAC services.
