The service tech was very nice. However, being a customer for a few years now I was not happy with the $385 price of installing a thermostat (which I purchased elsewhere for $100) I think that is a lot to charge being the new thermostat was the same model thermostat that was being replaced and it took less than 30 minutes to install. I was ok with the $79 house call but another $306 to install a thermostat seems a bit high for 30 minutes of labor.
